Cons I wish it could be used on Google Chrome mobile. I also would really, really, really like to see more webinar-functionality built into the platform. July 20, 2021 5.0 Crickle really looks like a well thought-out solution for sales, presentations, coaching and marketing. The fact that you can add your slides to the platform and share them in full quality format, and not just screen sharing where they get blurry or lagging, is one of the best features in Crikle that really makes it stand out from anything else. From so many video chat or live video presentation solutions out there, I'm amazed at just how no one has thought about this. Everybody who use these platforms just go through the tedious task of screen sharing, with all sorts of problems it implies, only to then have the slides get blurry, freeze, lag or just not work as intended. Crikle solves this by having the slides on their platform and when you want to share them, the recipients see them in full quality, as intended, even better than a real-life presentation. And all of this is done from the browser! This is fantastic! I'm so tired of trying to teach people how to install a software in order to connect to a presentation. Crikle being browser-based, people just need to follow the link and they are right where they need to be! No installing software, no sign ups! Pros I really love the features of this video chat application, and it really shows that it's sales-focused. First of all, the thing I like the most is the full HD video integration. This isn't a simple "screen sharing" where the video gets lagged or interrupted, this is a full HD video that looks great, and the quality is like watching any full HD video. You add the video in your account, and then stream it in full HD to potential clients whenever you want in the presentation. You can add multiple videos and other stuff like power point presentations, photos or pdfs. The next feature that really impressed me, although it doesn't seem like a big deal, is the personal checklists! Oh how useful it is! You can have different checklists for different meetings or sales calls, where you can easily keep track of every step you need to go through. Consider having different clients with different needs, just setup a checklist beforehand and you're sure to get through everything! Another important aspect, is live time-stamping for recordings. Just press a key and you'll be able to quickly go back in the recording later and review whatever the subject was at that time. Maybe a particular objection you need to consider for your next clients. Of course you also have a normal screen share function, but with the slides and the other things you can use, you probably won't need this at all. Website design and structure is also very nice and modern. Cons There are integrations, but just 2 at the moment - Salesforce and Hubspot. Both of which I don't use. I'm not that focused on sales per-se, but more on presentations and coaching. But there are other integrations they could add that would greatly benefit many people, like WordPress (integrating the scheduler), Mautic, CalendarHero, etc. Another con is the inability to add the scheduling part on your website, like an iframe or something. You need to give people the crikle link. I think it would be beneficial if having integrations with WordPress to add the scheduling part on a page from inside my site, not sending people to a different page. There are other minor things that aren't yet polished - like branding favicon doesn't show up on the schedule page and the brand doesn't appear in the page title, it appears Crikle instead. But I'm sure these will be fixed in their time. And there are always people who never heard of Zoom and you basically have to micro-manage and guide them to install it. This is the one aspect I hate about Zoom, as well as Skype for one-on-one meetings. Crikle solves this problem because all they need is their browser, and most people know how to follow a link from their email. I've also tried MeetFox but the browser side doesn't always work on all browsers, it has many bugs and is unreliable when you need it the most. Plus, with both of these, you have to use the dreaded screen-share if you want to show your presentation. With Crikle, your presentations are built in and you just select them, no need for screen sharing and the quality is excellent! Review Source Osama K. Pros A checklist feature lets you create list to organize your thoughts and sales meetings. You can also import powerpoints and PDF into your meeting and edit. It has a generous allowance of 50 people. Cons You have to manually allow each person to enter the meeting. This can be a problem when you have a lot of people and they will become impatient. Also, the recording feature should not need the participants permission to activate the recording. Review Source JS Jack S. " August 29, 2022 5.0 Great app that will help you present your business in high quality image. Easy to use and easy for people to join your meeting via a link. Pros The app is great for coach, business man or woman, any one who want to provide. a meeting one on one with somebody. The audio is very clear and the video clear too. This is one of the best app online that gives you this quality image. They do not have mobile app yet but is accessible in any browser and devise that is a pro. Cons I do not like that I can only record audio and not video. This is option I miss in livewebinar, zoom and other apps. I hope they will bring this feature soon. They go above and well beyond 'the required' to ensure customers like me have everything we need to keep our businesses competitive in these strange times. I simply cannot speak highly enough about Crikle in general and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] in particular. They are amazing. Pros The software does precisely what it's supposed to and, for me, works flawlessly every time. More important than that is Crikle's customer service and support team. The two people who assisted me in solving my problem (branding needs) went well above and beyond in making sure I was a happy customer. I can't speak highly enough about \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] as a result. They are amazing, and ensured my customer experience was excellent on every level. Cons I have nothing negative to say about Crikle at all. This is an evolving platform in an ever-evolving industry, so there will always be room for improvement, but this team continues to add new features, like CNAME domain branding, to meet those ever-changing customer needs. It's super simple to set up and get started. My teammates and I can be on a call together in minutes and it's easy to share our screen and see each other's faces. Crikle is a great fit for a sales team making presentations to clients. Cons I have mixed feelings about Crikle. I've only been using it for about 9 months off and on. I've found that Crikle lacks features that I didn't realized I needed. For example, you cannot schedule group calls or embed the scheduler, there isn't an option for a form prior to scheduling, and there isn't a minimum time before the first scheduled appointment and I like it to be at least 24hrs.
