Uma plataforma que, na minha opinião, agrega o melhor de cada ambiente que já vi por aí. Extremamente amigável e intuitiva, com layout agradável, ambientes cada vez mais analíticos para o usuário final. Como administrador, pude experimentar a plataforma mais flexível, sem dúvida é um grande diferencial. Mas o maior diferencial, acima de todos, é a parceria de todos os colaboradores da impulseup, não só na implementação de cada ciclo anual, mas na abertura para experimentação e melhorias. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Pros

Uma plataforma intuitiva para o usuário final e flexível para o administrador. Com módulos conectados de maneira cada vez mais estratégia, a plataforma tende a ser a melhor em gestão de desempenho, na minha opinião.

Cons

Todas as experiências negativas que tive (como instabilidades) foram recebidas e tratadas pelo suporte e time de produto com muita assertividade e parceria.

A navegação é simples e facilita a adesão das lideranças e dos colaboradores. O módulo permite estruturar o processo de forma consistente, com critérios claros, registro de feedbacks e leitura dos resultados de maneira objetiva. Apoia decisões baseadas em dados, sem perder o olhar humano. Os PDIs são práticos, aplicáveis e conectados à realidade do dia a dia. O apoio próximo que recebemos foi essencial, não apenas na implantação da plataforma, mas também na implementação de um novo processo dentro da empresa. A plataforma, por sua vez, é muito intuitiva e fácil de usar.

Cons

Existem alguns pontos na plataforma que podem ser aprimorados, mas são questões pontuais e sempre recebi um ótimo retorno em relação às melhorias.

Utilizo a plataforma há mais de 5 anos e adoro os módulos de gestão de desempenho. Os módulos de PDI e ninebox nos ajudam no processo de desenevolvimento de competências dos colaboradores.

Pros

Os módulos de avaliação de desempenho e metas me ajudam muito na estratégia do ButtiniMoraes. Os indicadores pós-avaliação são excelentes!

Cons

Ainda sinto falta de uma visão de people analytics. Além disso, seria ótimo se a plataforma tivesse opção de realizar mapeamento do perfil comportamental dos colaboradores.
