Pretty forgettable. The issues I raised with the interface were greeted with shrugs by the company. Inevitably, their advice would be to delete the cache of cookies which actually wasn't the problem

Pros

It seems reasonable in price compared to other systems. There was an education session to explain how to use the system. But I think that's true of other systems.

Cons

The platform is very buggy. One pet peeve is that the cursor weirdly seems to jump to different places on the interface without warning. This has led me to delete notes by accident. However, it has also led me when doing escripts leading me to sending out the wrong dose of medication on a number of occasions. It also doesn't seem to have many advantages beyond other systems. I've used best practice and I think that is a better system.

These were systems that were purchased by the previous clinic I was working at. Gentu was a cloud based system and the pricing seemed fair.
