Un gestionale all-in-one davvero completo e intuitivo. Oltre a semplificare la gestione di prenotazioni, check-in e organizzazione interna, integra anche un channel manager che permette di sincronizzare facilmente le disponibilità sui vari portali online. È uno strumento versatile e alla portata di tutte le strutture: dal piccolo B&B fino alle grandi catene alberghiere. Facile da usare, affidabile e supportato da un’assistenza sempre disponibile.

Pros

Scidoo integra in un’unica piattaforma molte funzionalità essenziali: PMS, booking engine, channel manager, gestione SPA, ristorante, automazione domestica, voucher e molto altro

Cons

Ci sono state delle difficoltà all'inizio con alcune operazioni di configurazione di listino che poi sono state eccellentemente risolte con lo staff di assistenza.

Esperienza pessima, hanno impiegato 8 mesi per "provare" a fare un cambio gestionale, con risultati catastrofici!! All'inizio hanno fanno di tutto per vendersi bene, ma poi in ogni passaggio usciva fuori sempre una sorpresa negativa. Assistenza assolutamente non all'altezza. Tecnici incapaci, arrivato il momento del test finale, mi hanno fatto un danno economico non da poco, azzerando le disponibilità e caricando prezzi mai autorizzati. State alla larga da scidoo!!

Nulla si sono rivelati totalmente inaffidabili.

Non hanno un comportamento professionale e le capacità dei tecnici sono fortemente limitate.

Assistenza inadeguata. Senza il \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\], NON riescono a risolvere nulla!

Pros

All'apparenza un buon prodotto, carino, user friendly. Usandolo, ci si accorge però che il prodotto è un assemblaggio "artigianale" di diversi software e non una suite organica. Peccato che non sia multi property come affermato, e che il channel manager Room Cloud sia veramente basico e di poca utilità per il revenue quotidiano.

Cons

Ti convincono a provarlo gratuitamente per un mese, ci mettono una vita per configurarlo, gli fornisci tutti i dati che ovviamente non riescono ad elaborare nel tempo massimo di prova. Alla fine ti fanno scrivere da un avvocato loro parente, pretendendo l' intero canone di un anno. Dopo innumerevoli preventivi sbagliati per errori nell'impostazione delle formule, siamo ritornati al vecchio, più costoso ma ben più affidabile Hotel 2000. Pericoloso perchè se non controlli, rischi di "vendere" sottocosto.

Avevamo un vecchio gestionale senza channel manager Ed eravamo alla ricerca di un prodotto completo per semplificare la gestione alberghiera anche da casa. In Scidoo abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva ad un prezzo concorrenziale.

La semplicità nell utilizzo e soprattutto l assistenza immediata h24 anche nei festivi o weekend

Cons

Nulla , trovo il software veramente un ottimo prodotto e completo in tutti gli aspetti .

Uso Scidoo ormai da qualche anno e posso affermare con certezza che è un software gestionale per hotel fantastico, intuitivo, completo e di facile utilizzo. In passato ho avuto modo di adoperare anche altri gestionali, ma con Scidoo ho semplificato la mia vita e lavoro con la massima tranquillità. L'assistenza è veloce ed affidabile, realizzata da persone capaci, molto preparate e disponibili in qualsiasi momento. Consiglio a tutti, anche ai più indecisi, di provare questo gestionale e desidero fare i complimenti a tutto la staff, che in maniera perfetta, ogni giorno, fa il suo lavoro dando il massimo.

Pros

Scidoo è un software gestionale per hotel. Risulta completo, di facile utilizzo, in grado di garantire in modo semplice ed economico il lavoro, con uno standard qualitativo molto alto.

Cons

Non ho mai avuto problemi, visto che l'assistenza è affidata a persone capaci, veloci, pronte in ogni momento a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente.

Assistenza al top. Ottima la web app, sia per il check in in line che per l’housekeeping che per la sala. Facile l’integrazione anche per il ristorante aperto al pubblico.

Pros

Prodotto in cloud integrato, Pms, Channel Manager, booking Engineering, Crm, molto semplice e completo.

Mancava qualcosa per la gestione gruppi, ma ora è stato sistemato
