When issuing giftcards to staff in the past, I have either had to queue and have store assistants put through each giftcard one by one, something always goes wrong (whether in the shop, or the staff members activating them). This is a very easy way to acknowledge and reward members of staff, with little effort. I like that you can pass the link round and other people can add their own message and contribution to the card! Pros It was very quick to set up and user friendly - although we had a lot to send out, I didn't use the bulk upload feature but I definitely will in the future! I like how customisable the cards themselves are, and we will implement this in the business for birthdays, milestones etc I also like how the recipient can choose what they do with the money. Cons The amount of email confirmations I received (once the thankbox was created, once it was sent, once it was opened) - I know this isn't a huge issue, and will be helpful in the future when we're having to send less out at one time! We often include gift cards which give us a safe way to collect money from multiple countries. Cons The link for csv for multiple card creation was not working so I had to create every single card manually. It would be great if this functionality was available. Cons The extra charge on contributions or 50p. It is not a lot in general, but if you pay the set up, that should be free. The highlight is the group sign feature, also you can add images along with your message. Cons I would like the backgrounds for the card cover to allow you to have a box for the text so that the text isn't obscured by the image. It would make it a bit more accessible.
