Very positive, I am glad we found this service. When issuing giftcards to staff in the past, I have either had to queue and have store assistants put through each giftcard one by one, something always goes wrong (whether in the shop, or the staff members activating them). This is a very easy way to acknowledge and reward members of staff, with little effort. I like that you can pass the link round and other people can add their own message and contribution to the card!

Pros

It was very quick to set up and user friendly - although we had a lot to send out, I didn't use the bulk upload feature but I definitely will in the future! I like how customisable the cards themselves are, and we will implement this in the business for birthdays, milestones etc I also like how the recipient can choose what they do with the money.

Cons

The amount of email confirmations I received (once the thankbox was created, once it was sent, once it was opened) - I know this isn't a huge issue, and will be helpful in the future when we're having to send less out at one time!

It's easy to use. Safe for sharing money. Allows us to express appreciation from multiple people in an easy way.

Pros

It is easy to use and allows me to send cards to people in multiple countries. We often include gift cards which give us a safe way to collect money from multiple countries.

Cons

The link for csv for multiple card creation was not working so I had to create every single card manually. It would be great if this functionality was available.

Great all and all. I keep recommending it to people, that is the best feedback from me, if I recommend it, I am 100% behind the product.

Pros

I love the concept, user friendly website, the amount of options for the gift cards, especially the pre-paid mastercard or visa. I have used 4 so far and received one, great experience overall.

Cons

The extra charge on contributions or 50p. It is not a lot in general, but if you pay the set up, that should be free.

It's been really positive, easy and simple to set up with a lot of added options like contribution box included in the price.

Pros

The easy, secure why to set up a card and distribute, specially in a work setting. Also the fact that you can set up a contributing option in the same place is great.

Cons

I think more customisation options for the cards would be handy, once you choose the cover, it would nice to be apple to choose colour for pages, back grounds etc

Collaboration with team members remotely is easy, and the functionality makes it more personalised for the person receiving the thankbox card

Cons

It is a little expensive considering a card/postage would be cheaper and it’s annoying to get prompted to upgrade to premium at every step

Great experience using thankbox, easy to use and send. Always put a smile on peoples faces that I have sent them too.

Pros

Easy to use, everyone can add messages when they have time. No running around to find people to add messages into a physical card.

Cons

The only thing I can suggest to approve upon would be the variety of images / gifs that are available to add with your message.

Sign up was very easy. There are different card pack sizes. Good selections of cards available. Easy to navigate.

Pros

Easy to sign up, you can chose the different pack sizes. We have been using Thankbox for over a year, and had purchased another pack. There are a variety of designs to choose from depending on the occasion. The highlight is the group sign feature, also you can add images along with your message. I would highly recommend Thankbox

Cons

There are many to list, perhaps new cards could be added in the different categories, this would be useful for users that purchase extra packs when their current packs comes to an end.

It bolstered morale and provided remote workers with a shared moment to celebrate, instead of having to coordinate physical cards and gifts.

Pros

When one of our regional team leads was celebrating their work anniversary or retirement, Thankbox gave us a simple way to collect messages from across our network. The thoughtful touch was much appreciated by the team.

Cons

Customization is limited you can’t tweak visuals too much beyond bare-bones choices. Without that issue it's perfect.

It's very good, it just works simply and easily. It's my 'go to' for leaving cards etc.

Pros

Easy to use, reasonably priced. Good gift options and the option to buy something for the recipient as well as do a voucher.

Cons

I would like the backgrounds for the card cover to allow you to have a box for the text so that the text isn't obscured by the image. It would make it a bit more accessible.
