We have been going through bad times in the world lately and we need more thanking each other in these times. At the same time, the software is not very expensive, it is suitable for every pocket, so any company or person can buy it easily. Pros Although the company is newly created, it has a lot of recognition in the market. The application has a very simple interface and it is possible to learn in a short time. The application has many great features, which allows it to be one step ahead of its competitors. Many companies, big and small, use this software. Cons I think the lack of technical assistance on the site is a minor problem and I do not think there is enough information about the application on the site. March 31, 2025 5.0 After using other companies in the past, and having experienced various problems, my experience with Thankbox is excellent and I've used them many times now. Thankbox's process runs smoothly and efficiently each time - it's brilliant! Pros I work for an International company and have team members all over the world... Thankbox makes the whole process of sharing a leaving card really clear and easy, no matter where people are based! The monetary collections I've arranged have also worked perfectly, and have been easily shared to the recipient. I like the fact that recipients can also respond to their Thankbox and send a thank you message, which is a lovely aspect of the process. Cons I don't really have any cons - maybe at a push, it would be nice to have a few more fonts and pictures included in the cheaper fee rather than having to pay extra, but not a big deal as there is still plenty of choice. There are different card pack sizes. Good selections of cards available. Easy to navigate. Pros Easy to sign up, you can chose the different pack sizes. We have been using Thankbox for over a year, and had purchased another pack. There are a variety of designs to choose from depending on the occasion. The highlight is the group sign feature, also you can add images along with your message. I would highly recommend Thankbox Cons There are many to list, perhaps new cards could be added in the different categories, this would be useful for users that purchase extra packs when their current packs comes to an end. Within a week of our visit, I create a Thankbox Thank You Note to the PR rep and/or restaurant manager. Then, I send it to each member of my staff -- we're at two locations. They add a personal note/sentiment. I pull all of their notes into the master and e-mail to the recipient. So much more efficient than passing around a paper card -- I'd have to mail a physical card to our second location. Then, I'd have to wait for it to be returned to me...and THEN I can drop it in the mail to the recipient (s). With Thankbox, I can have an electronic note created, signed by all appropriate team members, and sent to my intended recipient in ONE DAY! Pros I love how easy it is to create Thank You Notes and have the entire staff -- at two locations -- add a personal note. Larger companies likely use this software to send Birthdays, Retirement, Anniversary congratulations to staff. However, for my very small business? We use this to send an electronic e-mail to every vendor we work with. For travel or dining out features, we send thank you's to PR reps, hotel and restaurant managers, etc. These days, the art of saying thank you is dying out. We choose to keep it going, and Thankbox makes is super simple thanks to a wide range of templates. For not much time on my part, I guild great goodwill with my hospitality contacts! Cons The templates are quite simple and casual -- would LOVE to see options for professional/business notes. Nobody had to sign in or log in. They just clicked on the link and boom.. you see the card and can write.. Pros The ease of use and the ability to write a note and add a gif. The ability to just send the link to the ecard to multiple people also made it easy to share.. and get a contribution to the ecard. Cons The only thing I didn't like was that once the card is sent out, you can no longer have anyone contribute. Because sometime people are busy and don't get a chance to provide a contribution on time. So I delayed sending out the ecard by a day to give everyone a chance to contribute. Convenient, easy, and yes, recipient will not lose it somewhere. Pros Thank Box is very easy to use. It didn't take long for users to get familiar and have fun playing around the option. We love how our messages are not limited and we can also upload videos. Hope to see more features in the future! Cons I think more font types or backgrounds should be available. Pros Having a way to send a group thank you in a fully remote world is so useful. The gif support is such a great feature as in many of the places I have been, communication is often by the power of gif. Being able to "say it with gif" is both fun and practical! Cons As a contributor to a card, I would have liked to have more feedback as to when the recipient opened it. Which is what you are after when sending a group card. Pros Thankbox made the whole process of sending a virtual retirement card and gift card extremely easy. From account set up to creating the personalised page for people to leave their messages was a very simple process. People were also able to leave text messages, include a photo or even upload a video message along with leaving a financial gift which was sent as a gift card. I can highly recommending Thankbox for sending virtual cards when you are not able to physically get in touch with people to sign a card or make a gift donation. Cons As an invited person, they were only able to see 5 messages and not all of them. Reason for choosing Thankbox The ability to upload photos, video and for people to be able to gift the recipient was an excellent combination and good value for money. Review Source AL Aaron L. Fun and lots of designs and fonts to choose from. Collection feature far easier than an envelope in the office! We also raised far more money than we normally would have because it is easier for staff to donate from their laptops.... Thankbox came into its own during Covid lockdown when we had to work from home but could still celebrate birthdays and other celebrations with our colleagues. We also lost colleagues to new jobs and the collection feature was a lovely way to show appreciation of someone's time with us :0)) Cons I cannot think of anything to add here. Pros I work for a UK-wide organisation with teams spread across multiple locations. Thankbox offers a digital replacement for 'passing the card round the office' at a time when more and more of us aren't physically in an office together at the same time. Would highly recommend!
