We have been going through bad times in the world lately and we need more thanking each other in these times. At the same time, the software is not very expensive, it is suitable for every pocket, so any company or person can buy it easily. Pros Although the company is newly created, it has a lot of recognition in the market. The application has a very simple interface and it is possible to learn in a short time. The application has many great features, which allows it to be one step ahead of its competitors. Many companies, big and small, use this software. Cons I think the lack of technical assistance on the site is a minor problem and I do not think there is enough information about the application on the site. March 31, 2025 5.0 After using other companies in the past, and having experienced various problems, my experience with Thankbox is excellent and I've used them many times now. Thankbox's process runs smoothly and efficiently each time - it's brilliant! Pros I work for an International company and have team members all over the world... Thankbox makes the whole process of sharing a leaving card really clear and easy, no matter where people are based! The monetary collections I've arranged have also worked perfectly, and have been easily shared to the recipient. I like the fact that recipients can also respond to their Thankbox and send a thank you message, which is a lovely aspect of the process. Cons I don't really have any cons - maybe at a push, it would be nice to have a few more fonts and pictures included in the cheaper fee rather than having to pay extra, but not a big deal as there is still plenty of choice. There are different card pack sizes. Good selections of cards available. Easy to navigate. Pros Easy to sign up, you can chose the different pack sizes. We have been using Thankbox for over a year, and had purchased another pack. There are a variety of designs to choose from depending on the occasion. The highlight is the group sign feature, also you can add images along with your message. I would highly recommend Thankbox Cons There are many to list, perhaps new cards could be added in the different categories, this would be useful for users that purchase extra packs when their current packs comes to an end. Pros The easy, secure why to set up a card and distribute, specially in a work setting. Also the fact that you can set up a contributing option in the same place is great. You are updated every time someone signs the card. You can also set up a scheduled send time which is fantastic! Cons You pay £5 just for the ecard to be sent which seems a lot since there is nothing the system is really doing and if the collection money goes passed a specific amount it costs more. May 14, 2021 5.0 Thankbox is a creative way to convey messages from people in varying locations to one recipient and show people they are appreciated. I was so pleased to find this software and will definitely use it again in the future. Pros Simple and easy to use, contributors could express themselves to the recipient in a fun and meaningful way (through pictures, videos, gifs) from their computer. The many themes to pick from were a plus. For businesses, this is a great way to celebrate an individual but not take a bunch of time during a meeting with awkward silence waiting for someone to comment. In a pandemic, no one had to individually purchase cards/gift cards and mail them (or lick envelopes) which was great too! Cons The only issue is for people not techno-savy, who don't understand how to grab a gif, make a video of themselves, or upload files, some general instructions might be helpful. Adding the extra content (videos, etc) helped break up the page of messages and made the card more vibrant. Yes Pros The ability to add videos, gifs and different fonts to make the messages more personal. Cons I work for a government organisation with strict controls on browser. When the link was sent to the recipient I had to help her work out how to view the card in chrome. This was not obvious because the link was hidden behind an image. March 22, 2021 5.0 Honestly, its beyond easy to use (i did research others). My work team have really enjoyed signing the cards and receiving them. Just the best way to send a card. Not sure we are every going to go back to passing a card around the office! Pros This software is so easy to use. You create your card, input the receivers details and schedule the date/time then share the link with work colleagues and thats it! So easy to use and still very personal and so much easier on the team to sign it. Cons More gifs? More backgrounds?
