Pros Thankbox is beautifully crafted and so easy to use. We have been using it for the workplace and it has made getting everyone's contributions and thoughtful messages easy and quick. I love the video/audio and gif features! I love the ease of changing what is needed after creating it. Since this is for work, I have to invoice everything and Thankbox sends the invoices right away so that I can log it to our finance department. Cons I didn't realize there was a fee for adding funds to the cards and that the rate changes. Pros When one of our regional team leads was celebrating their work anniversary or retirement, Thankbox gave us a simple way to collect messages from across our network. The thoughtful touch was much appreciated by the team. Cons Customization is limited you can’t tweak visuals too much beyond bare-bones choices. Without that issue it's perfect. It's my 'go to' for leaving cards etc. Pros Easy to use, reasonably priced. Good gift options and the option to buy something for the recipient as well as do a voucher. Cons I would like the backgrounds for the card cover to allow you to have a box for the text so that the text isn't obscured by the image. It would make it a bit more accessible. When issuing giftcards to staff in the past, I have either had to queue and have store assistants put through each giftcard one by one, something always goes wrong (whether in the shop, or the staff members activating them). This is a very easy way to acknowledge and reward members of staff, with little effort. I like that you can pass the link round and other people can add their own message and contribution to the card! Pros It was very quick to set up and user friendly - although we had a lot to send out, I didn't use the bulk upload feature but I definitely will in the future! I like how customisable the cards themselves are, and we will implement this in the business for birthdays, milestones etc I also like how the recipient can choose what they do with the money. Cons The amount of email confirmations I received (once the thankbox was created, once it was sent, once it was opened) - I know this isn't a huge issue, and will be helpful in the future when we're having to send less out at one time! Safe for sharing money. Allows us to express appreciation from multiple people in an easy way. Pros It is easy to use and allows me to send cards to people in multiple countries. We often include gift cards which give us a safe way to collect money from multiple countries. Cons The link for csv for multiple card creation was not working so I had to create every single card manually. It would be great if this functionality was available. It's really useful since lots of our workforce is remote so people would not be able to sign a physical card. I've found it really easy to set up and have had a good response from the staff who have signed and those that have received the card. Pros \- Quick to set up -Easy to share with the other people signing the card - you get alerts when people add messaes to the card Cons Can't think of any cons, the service has worked really well for us.
