Elle nous permet d'avoir des rapports plus homogènes pour nos clients finaux. Cependant, les remontées de bug au Support, bien qu'elles soient prises en compte rapidement, mettent souvent plusieurs semaines à être traitées, ce qui provoque des blocages pour les utilisateurs finaux, qui doivent s'accommoder du problème, voire le détourner pour pouvoir continuer à travailler. Pros L'étendues des possibilités nous ont séduit, il est en effet assez aisé de créer nos propres formulaires, et de les exploiter sur mobile. La facilité d'usage pour l'utilisateur final sur mobile. La possibilité d'exporter les informations dans des documents au format Word et Excel est clairement un plus comparé au standard "PDF". Cons Il y à trop "d'à peu près", certes il est facile de créer des formulaires simples, mais dés qu'on y met de la complexité, il faut parfois "deviner" comment il faut faire, car la documentation reste très "standardisée" et orienté "Service après vente". Parfois la synchronisation est capricieuse, et toujours excessivement longue en cas de remise à zéro de l'appli (changement de téléphone par exemple). Le backoffice est très long lorsque les formulaires sont imposants, ou qu'il y a beaucoup de fiches, ce qui nuit à l'expérience utilisateur. La génération de documents Word est extrêmement complexe pour le commun des mortels, et souvent approximative en terme de résultat (beaucoup de sauts de lignes résiduels, les fonctionnalités documentés sont parfois hasardeuses à utiliser), et lorsque le formulaire évolue, il est impossible d'indiquer sur quelle version du formulaire le rapport est censé fonctionner. Il est impossible de tester la modification de structure d'un formulaire sans les mettre en production, on y va donc clairement à l'aveugle, en espérant que ca n'occasionne pas de soucis derrière.
