As previously mentioned, it comes with a learning curve but their customer service has been good so far.

Pros

Although not all Zoll products are perfect, their customer support is great and they have a huge online knowledge base.

Cons

Like many Zoll products, it may take some practice navigating through things. That being said, it becomes much easier with use and as the user becomes familiar with Zolls systems.

I enjoy being able to transition between different parts of my job within the same software.

Pros

It is easy to navigate and every part of a trip can be managed within the same software.

Cons

There are some limitations that require a work around

Zoll, has a great customer service center that is very professional and courteous. We used the Beta test system for the RescueNet system and was very easy to navigate and use. I could take non-trained EMS personnel, set them down for 3 hrs and have them dispatching EMS units like they had been doing it for all their lives. It has many customization settings that you can mold to fit your company's needs. Overall very satisfied with this product and loved working with the Zoll representatives.
