  • My overall experience with them is amazing now and they been helping me to get my shop running at its best and bringing in new customers.

  • This is great to be able to have everything all in one platform that is easy to use. The implementation team was so helpful and made sure we were set up for success.

  • I was very happy with the integration and training provided. Customer service has been wonderful.

  • It is very easy to use, connects my techs in the back with the front office, the customer support is amazing, any time I have a question or suggestion they are right on top of it.

Cons

  • It opens alot of tabs which is kind of annoying.

  • I cannot believe all we were missing before making the switch. I do not ever want to go back.

  • I am not able to think of anything I don't like about their software.

  • Overall we were quite displeased with the program.

"The must have software for any reputable shop"

Pros: The marketing module has already made up for the price difference and I’ve only sent out ONE marketing campaign text so far. This will most definitely boost my productivity, profitability and income for my business and family.

Cons: Doesn’t work very well on a phone which I use quite often because we’re a mobile mechanic service but that’s an easy fix with a tablet.

Reasons for Switching to AutoLeap: Shopmonkey was slow and bulky and I was having glitchy problems with the system on a weekly bases. But the largest reason I switched was the marketing module that AutoLeap offered. This turned a money spending liability into a money making asset because the module will automate the marketing process for the business to draw in money.

"Honest Feedback"

Overall: AutoLeap has made working here unenjoyable. The roll out was rough and after weeks of use, I am still struggling with many aspects of using AutoLeap.

Pros: I can see some potential in the product, however the program is not yet helpful, as many updates and improvements still being made are slowing the real time performance. Roll out was too soon. Difficult and time consuming to use.

Cons: Roll out was too soon. Training was scarce and incomplete. Difficult and time consuming to use. My list of difficulties is too long to list here.

"Highly Recommend"

Overall: Our experience has been very good so far. Just a few days learning curve to get it down.

Pros: Makes customer communication much easier.

Cons: fluid specs are hard to find for differentials and such.

Alternatives Considered: NAPA TRACS
Reasons for Choosing AutoLeap: Reviews, usability. Generally did not like the Napa one, from what I saw.
Switched From: Mitchell RepairCenter
Reasons for Switching to AutoLeap: Price and credit card integration. We had used it for 19 years, they had made very little progress.

"Recommend for shop use"

Overall: We have been with auto leap a few weeks now and they have been very helpful

Pros: ordering parts you can see multiple stores at one time

Cons: how you cant do any payroll or balancing check book or credit cards
