Pros

The tech app is very user friendly and beneficial to our company.

Cons

The estimating and scheduling are the toughest obstacles I've found. I am still use to the user friendly version of my old software.

### "New shop software"

I have solved with one software how to efficiently send quotes/estimates to clients as well as collect payments electronically. In addition, generates the Google Reviews automatically, which helps myself a lot not having to do this manually each time for each client.

Pros

The features, out of the variety of items our Team likes, that most stood out so far is the carmax and motor functionality to quickly estimate work and send for approval to clients; in addition to being able to track the investments client's are making in their vehicles with the CARMAX update tool.

Cons

The integration was a bit difficult for me to begin with, as I had used another software just recently and found results with it; however, after being guided by my onboarding associate, I quickly found the software very intuitive and easy to use.

Pros

What is like most about is that everything we need is almost all on the same platform. The texting and email notifications have helped to improve our outreach regarding reviews & feedback.

Cons

It could have an easier way to access old invoices from customers.

As a small shop having the workboard has made it easier to manage all the cars that come into the shop. Being able to use my tablet to get customer's information and log it right away has also helped with the organization of the shop. Overall this is a very helpful tool to have as it almost feels like I have a secretary to organize and get that extra information of the clients / vehicles.

Pros

Sending invoices and estimates is really simple and makes getting an okay from customers so much easier. Being able to attach photos for the customer to see really helps in selling to customers that havent won your trust yet.

Cons

Making an actual estimate can get confusing at times. The guides are good when they have what you are looking for but they are missing a lot of content.

Pros

The Customer Service, The Software it's all top knotch. They have taken shop management to the next level.

Cons

The price is pretty high for any program, but if you can overcome that fee you'll see a return on your investment. I'm glad I didnt let the entry price deter me from getting on board.

Pros

This software has pulled my business into the 21st century. No more scribbling down people's phone numbers/car model on a piece of paper to be lost later. I can add the customer into the system, record their vehicle, book them an appointment and throw together an estimate all in a matter of minutes, which means I get back to turning wrenches sooner. Less time at the computer calling around for parts, getting prices and availability, means more time getting my customers vehicles finished and back on the road, and getting myself paid. This is a young, ambitious company determined to modernize the automotive repair world. In the short time I've had this software they have already addressed certain concerns and updated accordingly.

Cons

The biggest downside for me is the repair manual. I had hoped I'd be able to drop my current repair manual software and simply have one program for everything, but certain things are lacking such as being able to quickly pull up a vehicle specification, or certain diagrams/TSB's. I hope in the future this database continues to grow, however.

The transition to was seamless and the training before we got on board was more in depth than I thought we would get. The Autoleap staff is professional and immediate to address any issues we encounter, and any feedback we provide is taken seriously and actioned quickly by their team.

Pros

Prior to , we used Calendars to schedule appointments, Quickbooks for not only accounting but manage our clientele, and email for correspondence. Our system was inefficient, and overworked us outside of our operating hours. Autoleap is the best decision we've made for our office, staff and clients. I love the full transparency picture/video and audio feature, keep the clients informed and generate business, it’s a clear win win. Autoleap has integrated Quickbooks online, no more double entry (I do the book keeping as well) saved me hours every weekend from paperwork. There are too many pros to list but in short, it saves time, generates more business and organises your life, because let’s face it, our business is our life.

Cons

doesn’t have a short coming, perhaps the features could be overwhelming to navigate at first but once you learn this tool like any other device in any industry, you won’t be able to live without it.

Its getting better, Overall once we are fully up and running, the system will do what I need it to.

Pros

Being able to get all the customer information in - Pictures, videos, scans, etc.

Cons

All the clicks, and how long it takes to register a customer.

Bad. Wasted time and money for months and although they were helpful in fixing some issues, they have a long way to go to compare with the big boys in the market(Mitchell).

Pros

The text messaging and picture software works great!

Cons

There are way too many steps involved in every aspect of the system. It works well but does not save you any time. The accounting software is TERRIBLE!!! They make it impossible for you to even find out how much you did in sales for the day and forget about getting accurate numbers for sales tax and sales for the month. Impossible.

My overall experience has been great, at the technical level, it is far more superior than i expected when i decided to start the service, the customer service from the members that assisted me with this transition have been great. \[sensitive content hidden\] in particular went beyond my expectation in ensuring I learn the system efficiently and had a good experience from the beginning.

Pros

I love the interface that it provides the shop. It brings a level of professionalism that attracts new customers, and provides customer experience that makes them feel we are at the top of our industry, in particular, most of the shops around us , do not have these features and it has separated us and brought a the level I expected the service was going to provide in my shop.

Cons

I have not yet been experience any struggles that aren't considered normal as the interface is complex and requires to pass a high learning curve to take advantage of its full capabilities, the customer service support is very responsive and has given the solutions Ive needed when I came across issues using the product.

Easy to use. But what a horrible experience using it

Cons

I picked this software option over many others because it lookee like it could do all the things we needed it to do. We we pay them we go through the setup process. And right from the very first vehicle I put in there it was pulling up wrong parts. Half of our fleet are the same type of vehicle. Needless to say i wasnt very impressed. The third vehicle I go to put in there I'm looking for a water pump and it doesn't even show one. My phone their support they were no help they say they pulled from motors database like everybody else does. But Identifix pulls parts and labor from motor database just like auto leap supposedly does identifix pulls up the right parts and labor. I tell them I want to cancel because it isn't doing what it needs to do for us like they said it would. And they will not stop taking credit card payments off my card. Voiced my opinion to them many times over the phone and through emails. Was never happy with the software right from the start

The overall experience is very good. It makes our workflow and shop communication much easier.

Pros

has all the features our shop was looking for while maintaining a very user friendly interface for daily operations of the shop. Favourite features are scheduling, the workboard layout and communication with customers using the chat feature.

Cons

Because has so many features it can seem overwhelming and difficult to use, but the training and onboarding process made that a lot easier. I'm sure there are features or settings we have not been using to their full potential yet.

Pros

The AL Program has made my life easier starting with the appointment calendar, to the License plate look up/Vin# for precise part searches for each individual vehicle. Once set up on your billing and invoicing you have a piece of mind that your billing is accurate every time you enter a customer.

Cons

I don't think there's anything I don't like about AL, I've only been on this program for 4 months, I'm still learning how to use this program and whenever I need help, your support team was always there to answer and resolve my problems.

Reason for choosing AutoLeap

I felt that the other programs were offering some of the same features and AL was very competitive. Overall, I would have to say it was the customer service that won me over, I need my hand held and they were very patient with me and helped me through all the step-by-step training.

I love the VIN lookup feature, scheduling, invoicing and parts connect feature. This really will streamline the work flow creating more time for more cars and more money. :)

Cons

As with all software programs, it takes a while to get used to using it. We have only just begun so I really don't want to answer this question at this point.

Overall, I think the software is going to be very beneficial and I can see how it will improve the business and I like how streamlined the process is.

Pros

Once we had our Account set up. It was easy to create quotes for customers and receive authorizations quickly. It is also nice to see all of the reports available and keep track of our technicians.

Cons

It was a lot of work to set up and it took us a while to get fully comfortable and confident with using the software.
