Pros

The support / training team was not only excellent, but very accessible. \[sensitive content hidden\] was only a text or a phone call away. I graduated today and will now have \[sensitive content hidden\] as my mentor. after dealing with \[sensitive content hidden\] , I believe he will be as wonderful as \[sensitive content hidden\] is.

Cons

Not many cons integration with my old software was great, all data transitioned easily. The only concern I had was backup. They informed i would be able to have a local backup of my data.

### "Do not purchase if you are a small shop!"

Hello, I am the owner of a small shop in Elko MN, I chose to use in an effort to help manage and track my customers and inventory. I was told \[sensitive content hidden\] Auto Parts would be available to me and I would have full integration with there parts ordering through AutoLeap. Since day 1, two months ago, I have not been able to use this feature. They tell me its a third party issue they are not responsible for and will not refund my money. I am told my commitment to them is very important!! I guess there commitment to there customer is far less important. I was also told Motors repair guide was apart of my purchase as well, Motors works on 25% of the cars and when asked about it, I was told "change the year of the car, and it might work" and also told I should just get another repair guide software because they all have "holes" and every shop has multiple guides. They have my money, and I have part of a software program. They do not deliver what they promise, maybe If I was a bigger shop, but I am not!! Don't put yourself through the stress pencil and paper is easier

Pros

I do not have Many pros at all do to lack of operation.

Cons

does not provide services they promise before purchase. I am a small shop and not important enough for Autolead to correct there failures.

Excellent from the initial sales pitch to the training and implementation all went very well and the transition has been almost seamless for us.

Pros

The implementation and fixing of issues when switching databases was exceptional. We would have issues and they would be dealt with accordingly. I would like more self help but the team worked great, fast and efficiently.

Cons

Inventory look up and inputting is a little spotty but still there. POS payment portal would only work through the program and we cant do individual transactions through the terminal so you will need a separate POS or terminal if you have other profit centers

Pros

THe fact that we had live trainings with some like "\[sensitive content hidden\]" who made us feel like he really cared about the success of our business.

Cons

The only thing I wish we had is giving our techs a little more permissions.

Very positive, extremely easy to use.

Pros

Speeds up work orders and appointments massively.

Cons

Parts and labor rates have to be defined in the system so it is a bit slow putting in new parts or labor. For instance, some labor rates and parts are only used on specific vehicles and I would like to see an option to just enter the name and rates instead of going through the process of adding it as a canned part or labor.

Overall, its just been a life saver. Love the fact that it takes away all the extra steps i used to have to take to get the job done.

Pros

Everything i need is easier to find and right at my finger tips, i dont have to figure out which report im looking for, its self-explanatory.

Cons

The cost is a bit high, but is resonable considering what all you can do with it.

Five stars. Great support and seamless transition.

Pros

Having this SMS is like hiring an extra staff member. The ability to estimate clearly and accurately is great. I love the option to message customers there DVI and estimates. I save on average a total of 20-30 minutes per RO!

Cons

I couldn't think of a single thing. Its pretty awesome

Covered the remainder of my Alldata contract. Spent a little more time going over the product and didn't leave me hanging when I had questions.

Speed and ability to write estimates and incorporate parts into the estimate quickly

Pros

I practiced alot with the trial Software. ( Sandbox) and was able to get comfortable with going "Live". The personal help from my account adviser, (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] ) , has made this a great experience. I have not been too happy with my current Software Manage provider. They tell you to go to our" Self Serve" online help. Auto Leap has Actual people that you meet with online to teach you and Support is always a call away!

Cons

Have not used it enough yet to see what changes I may request in the future,

Pros

We ended up choosing vs other high-ranking management software options due to its friendlier usage in the Canadian market. Others offered many features that were either not available or not quite compatible for Canada. Customer service is top-notch, and made us feel comfortable with the system from the very beginning.

Cons

It's a bit more difficult to learn to use it compared to other systems that we've tried. But customer service is very helpful to address our concerns.

I now have greater visibility into my shop. I'm able to know my exact sales and technician profitability at any given time. The support is best in class. I am very happy that I made the decision to bring and it's team onboard my business.

Pros

Customer service is above and beyond what I was experiencing with my previous shop management system. from the start took control of making sure that my transition was seamless and easy to accomplish. I really like the ease of use and I can tell they're building the software for the future growth of my business. They are really good at integrating vehicle info lookup and parts ordering from all major parts suppliers. The more I use the software the easier it is getting for me to run my shop.

Cons

The reality is I can't tell you of any cons with my experience. I have given my feedback regarding changes to help me semi-customize the software to my shop. To my surprise I started to see the changes almost immediately.

My reasons to switch are lack of customer service, one on one support during and after as started using the software. Very antiquated business data reporting and tracking. The Quickbooks integration created accounting errors that I had to pay my accountant extra money to fix!

The best experience EVER. I hope they will continue to focus on the customers requests and making the immediate changes at each update. Friendliest attitudes and so patient on working with customers who are set in their ways of the old way.

Pros

We were using multiple software programs to do many features. It was taking up too much time. We wanted an all in one software to make our work flow more productive. has done exactly what we needed and more. The customer service is the absolute best I have EVER experienced. Their knowledge and the willingness to work with shop owners on their ideas and what makes ease of use is beyond expectations.

Cons

Nothing yet!!! We have only been using for a short while

I've tried many other software's although i am only 23 year old shop owner this software has by far been the best and there costumer service is great any questions they walk u thru it my favorite feature is the work board

the adding inventory defiantly takes a while but it defiantly worth it in the long run

Pros

Been using it for about 3 weeks now and once we got used to it, it was clear to see the advantages it gave us and how much time it could save us everyday on every work order and invoice.

Cons

Nothing bad to say yet honestly, we're still pretty new at it and further down the line maybe we'll encounter some limitations but all good for now.

### "Time saving shop management software!!"

Pros

Creating estimates with is going to save me so much time compared to the other software I have been using for the past 2 years. I am a small business owner with just 2 people in the shop, so time savings is critical. It is easy to use. The Quickbooks integrations is also going to save me time after hours. No more manually typing RO's on a 2nd time after hours. Being able to send customer DVI's is also another great way to help communicate with customer's and show them what I am seeing with their vehicles. I did a lot of shopping around and decided to go with Autoleap because of the number of features and the price was excellent. The value is phenomenal. Any shops out there looking for a great shop management software, I recommend you try Autoleap!

Cons

I have no complaints about . The software is great, and the support staff have been extremely helpful getting me trained and ready to use this in my shop.

Great customer service!! Love the help chat right inside of . They check in with you daily. Felt supported through the whole process.

Pros

The advanced technology. All digital. Streamlined. I can do everything inside of one program instead of having 5 different ones!

Cons

Would like to see an overall percentage on the profit of each RO. The canned jobs didn't transfer over completely.

It has been a great experience working with Emma and the AL team so far.

Pros

The ease of ordering parts after creating an estimate is top notch.

Cons

Searchability with a high volume shop, however we are working on ways to improve this issue, with help from the Auto Leap team.

Overall our business with is very good and the integration has been very easy in the company. Their customer service is excellent and they are willing to help however they can. They are constantly bringing out new features and listening to our suggestions.

Pros

The system is very easy to use. It does well in facilitating the way we make estimates now with everything in one place (labor, parts, etc.). I like that we are able to customize a lot things we weren't able to before. For example, we can arrange the work board to our liking, add canned services, etc. It is also very easy to schedule appointments and maintain communication with our customers. Our customers can also approve and defer work themselves through their devices.

Cons

Because this is a new system there is always improvements being done, which can also be considered a pro. At times there are some glitches where some changes are not saved. But other than that the team is very attentive and ready to fix any issues we may see.

Estimating and invoicing capabilities. Digital Video Inspection integrated with MOTOR estimating software. Technician app with time clock capability. Commission tracking for technicians and service advisors. QuickBooks integrations.

Cons

Automotive repair data from MOTOR not as great as ALLDATA or Mitchell. Although you can integrate a Mitchell Prodemand Account to your Account.

has instantly increased our revenue streams. Consumers really appreciate the transparency of communication and breakdown of invoicing AutoLeap provides to them seamlessly throughout the repair. The archaic methods of phone approvals for repair estimates are extinct in my shop thanks to AutoLeap.

Pros

has a smooth and intuitive UI that really makes training and implementation very simple. The feature laden platform is constantly being updated and you will be blown away by how fast the AutoLeap team works with you to develop new features that you may request.

Cons

I'm not a huge fan of Motor being the default internal repair guide. My techs didn't like it at all but we were able to purchase Mitchell and link it, though unfortunately at an extra cost.

Pros

Before we were using multiple platforms to meet our needs- one service for RO's, something else for invoicing, another system for customer communication. This is great to be able to have everything all in one platform that is easy to use. The implementation team was so helpful and made sure we were set up for success

Cons

With all new platforms there are just growing pains and getting used to the system. There are small changes I would prefer but the team is great about taking customer recommendations and implementing if it's something they see would benefit their customers.

Pros

I really like the invoicing and estimate part of along with the appoval process. It's very easy to create an estimate and stay in contact with the customer using text or email. I really enjoy the approval/authorization process since you can text or email the customer the estimate and they can approve it right from there phone, so we no longer have to play phone tag or worry with customers not having a voice mailbox setup. AutoLeap has been very easy to get comfortable with and the integration with my business was very simple. AutoLeap was able to take all of my existing labor and parts from our Quickbooks account and have it setup and ready to go in the AutoLeap software.

Cons

The parts ordering feature is nice but is not very useful for my business since we deal with mostly high performance engines and our vendors are not connected with .
