Auto Leap team have been great. A lot of follow up and follow through with my requests and my questions. Everyone has been super friendly and super helpful and extremely professional. Overall a great experience. The team was very detailed.

Pros

I love because it is very user friendly. Everything is within one click away. I love the fact that It has the text message feature and payment invoice option for clients to pay on their own. I Feel like I am getting much more for my money with this software system for our auto repair shop.

Cons

What I liked least is that the layout is not customizable for the invoice feature.

The parts ordering loading bar is a little small but I eventually found it.

Pros

has made it 100% easier to schedule and keep in touch with customers on a daily basis, overall making the work flow easier

The customer service is one of the best I have ever had in a software product. The implementation was great and they were very responsive.

Pros

Love the integrations with Partstech and Google reviews. Very easy to use. The UI/UX is the best I have seen.

Cons

Very little I would change in the product.

excellent helpful team. easy to use product.

Pros

simple to use for someone not great with computers. simplifies ordering and tracking parts to specific estimates.

Cons

honestly cant think of a dislike. we had an issue with taxes not being added to invoices but the support team was quick to fix it.

Overall experience was satisfying I think this system is more advanced then others , they are a new company so they are some very minor defects but I like that it handles my entire service system including collecting payments.

Pros

I loved the automatic text feature , the Carfax report comes in very handy . Being able to book on the calendar and it automatically sending a follow up is pretty neat. Over all I think most software's require a built in app and this one is very useful being able to access on your phone , tablet or desktop. 24/7!

Cons

Mileage out requirement wasn't there but My advisor informed me that is something they are possibly working on updating .

The main attraction with is definitely the user interface. Also, the staff were not only very knowledgeable, but they were also super welcoming, took the time to listen to us, and fully understand our business needs.

There aren't too many things we dislike about .

It is not so much a con per say , but it is easy to work with. That going from another "old" point of sale program was a learning curve.

So far it's great! Just got to get used to it from switching from an obsolete invoicing software.

Really everything! It streamlines the whole process from start to finish and user friendly once your all set up!

Cons

Really the only thing that I can think of is when you click on some things it opens a new tab.

Cons

I didnt find the multiseller integration to be as helpful as expected, and is a cumbersome process to get signed up with each supplier, and then get logins set up for each and then integrate the login to the software

Before we started using , as a start up company, it was a lot harder for us to track and ensure customers were able to conduct business with us with ease and in a timely manner. In the beginning, I was skeptical, but from the VERY first contact that was made with us, AutoLeap’s employee’s have done EVERYTHING and MORE to ensure that our business runs successfully. They have went above and beyond to support and listen to our ideas when needing to tweak anything for our benefit with in the AutoLeap software. I am extremely impressed by AutoLeap as a whole!! Thank you for making MY job easier!!

Pros

The ease of using the software. It has been so easy to learn and implement it into our work routine.

Cons

……. Still thinking….. Not REALLY anything….. 😊
