A lot of follow up and follow through with my requests and my questions. Everyone has been super friendly and super helpful and extremely professional. Overall a great experience. The team was very detailed. Pros I love because it is very user friendly. Everything is within one click away. I love the fact that It has the text message feature and payment invoice option for clients to pay on their own. I Feel like I am getting much more for my money with this software system for our auto repair shop. Cons What I liked least is that the layout is not customizable for the invoice feature. Pros I loved the automatic text feature , the Carfax report comes in very handy . Being able to book on the calendar and it automatically sending a follow up is pretty neat. Over all I think most software's require a built in app and this one is very useful being able to access on your phone , tablet or desktop. 24/7! Cons Mileage out requirement wasn't there but My advisor informed me that is something they are possibly working on updating .
