Pros My service techs and I really enjoy the quick and easy parts ordering with all of our suppliers. I assign work to the team and track their hours right in AutoLeap which saves us time communicating throughout the day. Our biggest time save has been creating estimates in AutoLeap and sending them to our customers phones and emails for approval. AutoLeap gives us great insight into our profitability each week and that has been a great help in growing our repair shop. Cons We have not run into any cons yet. The customer support responds in a very timely manner to address any questions we have and the training helped us to catch on to the system rather quickly. Autoleap really helped us with organizing our business, run reports and send estimates. It has all the features we were looking for. Pros We had tried different softwares prior to Autoleap. The tech support is incredible. They go through any issues quickly and feedback definitely gets taken into account. It is easy to use and easy to learn. Simple but takes into account the complexities of running an auto repair business. Autoleap definitely meets our shop's needs. Cons I dont have a lot to say in this department. The only thing is just a preference. When opening up invoices it opens up another tab instead of opening it within the same window. Again not a huge deal and it's a preference. Review Source Amber C. Pros My office personel can understand what was done to the vehicle and relay a more educated response to customers. Cons Only downside is 1980s and older vehicles have limited information as far as book times and information.
