Pros

makes my day to day job easier to track employee hours on jobs, do estimates and invoices. This program is everything we needed years ago!

I haven't found anything I dislike about to date.

When putting customers in the system have to have info so hard to make estimate just on the go.

Auto Leap is a very intuitive software, easy to set up and offers an amazing support team that are always there to provide guidance through any issue. Their live chat is extremely helpful and quick to assist. Auto Leap is very efficient at ordering parts and creating estimates. Also, it streamlines communication between the techs, service advisors and customers. I would definitely recommend Auto Leap!

Excellent, user friendly, saves time when ordering and adding parts.

Pros

I like how everything is combined in one spot for ordering parts. Training was very thorough. Also like the fact that it keeps track of hours for the technicians and the email and text messaging customers is easy to use.

Cons

Does not have payroll set up yet, does not display VIN on estimate page you actually have to go in to get the VIN.

I love how efficient the program is and how easy is it to learn to use.

I haven't run into any major issues so far. Any minor issues have been quickly resolved with the help of the chat feature.

I was set for a trial and talked to live people every step of the way. It is not a cheap option but so far it is worth every penny. User friendly, very well laid out, excellent reporting feature, parts ordering feature, WIRING DIAGRAMS!!!

Cons

Price... It is not the cheapest option out there but so far it is worth every penny.

I am very happy with everything that auto leap has to offer. I think it was a great investment

Pros

All the features are great. Lots to Offer. Just like any new system you have to learn it. The training videos are great but honestly just get lost in the system don't be afraid to click on things. When you are in a pinch there is always someone right there to chat with you and they can help you by screen sharing and walking you through it.

Cons

Can look anything up older then 1985. For example looking up a brake job and they want pads and rotors you have to click on both wish there was a option that had them both blended together.

Overall a great experience and was impressed with the product as well as the ever so important on-boarding support . We were planning to launch / pilot at one shop and wait 6 -12 months to roll out to our 2nd larger shop, however after 2 weeks of running live, we are about to start rollout at shop #2 shop within the next 48 hours

Pros

The live support / on-boarding they provided was outstanding. \[sensitive content hidden\] was always available and patience to answer all of our questions. Anything he couldn’t answer, he was sure to get back to us in a timely manner.

Cons

There are some limitations which might be shop / country specific, however they appear to be constantly working on enhancements and improvement. Specific example of this would be some issues with reporting sales taxes (breaking them down for reporting).
