I think it was a great investment Pros All the features are great. Lots to Offer. Just like any new system you have to learn it. The training videos are great but honestly just get lost in the system don't be afraid to click on things. When you are in a pinch there is always someone right there to chat with you and they can help you by screen sharing and walking you through it. Cons Can look anything up older then 1985. For example looking up a brake job and they want pads and rotors you have to click on both wish there was a option that had them both blended together. We were planning to launch / pilot at one shop and wait 6 -12 months to roll out to our 2nd larger shop, however after 2 weeks of running live, we are about to start rollout at shop #2 shop within the next 48 hours Pros The live support / on-boarding they provided was outstanding. \[sensitive content hidden\] was always available and patience to answer all of our questions. Anything he couldn’t answer, he was sure to get back to us in a timely manner. Cons There are some limitations which might be shop / country specific, however they appear to be constantly working on enhancements and improvement.
