It’s working good and the customer service was great.

Pros

Like the parts tech features and the ability to email customers and estimate and invoice a. It has a lot of features need to get used to them

Cons

It could be easier to use . Need to get used to it . Sometimes it doesn’t find the cars license plate to link up the motors repair.

AutoLeap has made working here unenjoyable. The roll out was rough and after weeks of use, I am still struggling with many aspects of using AutoLeap.

Pros

I can see some potential in the product, however the program is not yet helpful, as many updates and improvements still being made are slowing the real time performance. Roll out was too soon. Difficult and time consuming to use.

Roll out was too soon. Training was scarce and incomplete. Difficult and time consuming to use. My list of difficulties is too long to list here.

So far so good. I'm still in the implementation stage but it's already helping me organize my invoices and records better.

Pros

The integrations are my favorite part. Motor is a treasure trove of information that helps me figure out stuff that would normally take hours of research on online forums.

Cons

Its was a little confusing to use at first but the help center and support team more than made up for it.

One of my favorite things is how easily I can switch from my phone to a table then to my desktop effortlessly and quickly

Cons

Sometimes it seems like when I press the back button, I have to press it a ton of times before I’m back to where I’m trying to get

im happy with the overall product. lots of room for adapting and also streamlining to our needs.

so much data that you can pick and choose what you need. light years ahead of Mitchell who didn't have a reliable platform for inspections etc.

Cons

lots of data. KISS the repair side is weak. and not very user friendly. i have mitchell for labor as the labor times seem more accurate with mitchell.

### "good for mechanical, less than desired for tire sales"

After 2 months, I would choose Tire shop over auto leap we are a tire store that does mechanical and the tire portion is not good. Takes way to much time, time we don't have. Tire shop I could sell 4 tires, order them, schedule the appointment and be done in 75 seconds. Auto leap is 4-5 minutes.

Pros

Mechanical parts ordering is good and easy to function.

Cons

The tire portion takes way to long to navigate, looking up prior history is not great. No oil filter information when you write someone up, you have to look it up, takes time, no direct air or cabin filter info which tire shop has. Just a time consuming POS for a tire shop.

I use AutoLeap to manage my customer relationships. It saves all my customer data, which allows me to easily communicate with them. I can also interrogate the data with other programs, which is very helpful.
