Pros Once you learn how it works it easy to follow. Also repairs can be reported to car facts. Cons At start it a little overwhelming, it takes while to learn it. But they walk you though the entire process, need repeat help there willing to do that. Finding parts and pricing fairly and efficiently is much easier now. Cons The initial process is a little bit tedious and kind of a long process, however there is so much help along the way, and I can see why they broke it up this way. It's been a great transition so far. Pros Very easy to implement, as customer service was fantastic and helped us every step of the way ... from day one to going live and beyond, making sure that we transitioned fully. The system is easy to use and easy to train the staff. We have become a much more efficient company already! Cons We still have a few kinks that we are smoothing out, but has been great at resolving our issues as they come along. I was up to speed after only 50 RO's. Pros The system software is designed around the auto repair industry, so it works very well for my specialized shop. I did my homework and looked at all of their competition and one by one they fell by the wayside when it came down to the complete package.
