We have had a great experience with thus far. Any issue we have run into they have easily and quickly assisted.

Pros

The ease to move around and access to all of the information you could ever need at the push of a button.

Cons

The pricing matrix is not as easy as it could be with access to seeing percentages and being able to change on the fly

Stressful because there is so much to learn in a short amount of time. I did not feel that the training offered in the group setting was helpful but once Chelsea and I were able to have training sessions one on one I was able to learn much more and relay that information to my team.

Pros

Chelsea was very informative and super willing to help us adapt to the new system.

Cons

The payroll tracking is not easy because we work on a commissions based pay, however we have found some work arounds that seem to be doing okay.

So-so. It is not as easy as I expected, but hopefully, they will improve.

Pros

Customer service is top-notch. I know I can contact my rep at any time to discuss any concerns or questions I may have.

Cons

Some services I expected to have were not included, such as basic service notifications for customers, PartsTech is really not as good as just calling the local parts store, and there is no user-friendly mobile app.

I like it when I put in plate number then it will show everything I need.

Cons

It took while to learn how to use it. each day our staff is getting more confident using it.

I personal have used Mitchel and by far this is much better

Pros

Support and easy messaging to my customers

Cons

Paying for it wish it was cheaper but it is cheaper than others. The motor portion could be better

Reason for choosing AutoLeap

I liked the price compared to others I feel it’s good could be a touch cheaper I spent about 1,000 a month on this and card services

when adding services you can not delete just deactivate.

Since the first zoom call I've had with everyone was amazing. Very nice and straight forward about everything and also very patient with us in having to reschedule a few times. Nevertheless we got everything taken care of and we are on track due to the excellent help of your employees at AutoLeap.

That it creates a new tab anytime you click on something.

Fantastic support! Literally 1 web chat or phone call away with an average response time of a few minutes.

Pros

Ease of use and similarity to tekmetric. The integrations it has are great.

Cons

It's extremely difficult to transfer a techs inspection report to an estimate.

Pretty positive overall experience. Out of all the softwares I’ve used in the automotive industry this is the easiest to navigate and customize.

Pros

Very user friendly and helps save time communicating between technicians and customers.

Cons

Unable to link part numbers with vehicle makes/models. Have to resort to 3rd party look ups and manually input them with each customer.

provides a great parts ordering experience which makes it very easy to compare parts pricing and add them back onto your estimate.

Cons

took a little bit of time to get used to, especially compared to our much older previous system, but once you get the hang of it, it's great!

It is too early to tell. I need more practice and need to keep learning.

Excellent experience with setup, training, and explaining the features. We were definitely being sold, however they also identified the features we would benefit from most and homed in on training us with them.

Pros

Ease of setup, lots of organizational features, lots of hand holding and help during the training and learning stages early on.

Cons

The text message feature is glitchy, doesn't show all of the reminders that the customers get so sometimes we do not know what they're replying to.

So far everything has been great. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great with checking in on us and even though we are not utilizing its full potential at the moment. I feel that this system will greatly improve our systems at the shop level.

Pros

Everything is integrated into one program which saves me time when looking up parts and labor. Remote help is awesome. Had a couple of quirks, but I used the chat option and we were able to get it figured out and fixed within a few hours.

Cons

I have not found anything that I do not like about this program. It was a little confusing at first figuring out how to look parts up. But I figured that out quickly enough.
