Parent Education Management Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Parent review" March 6, 2023 4.0 I wish we could see what teacher is with the child that day with a picture and a profile that we could click on to learn more about them. Pros I am a parent user of the software. I like that I can see what activities my child does as well as pictures. I also like that there is a messaging capability so we can communicate directly with his teacher. Cons It's a little clunky. Sometimes messages go through and sometimes they don't. Autocorrect doesn't work in the app. This isn't a big deal but different than what people have become used to. Electronic payment processing always involves a cost. We provide a choice to the schools using the software of how they'd like to handle those fees. Some schools prefer to have some (or all) of the fees passed along to the parents, and others build it into their price. Either way, the fees are unfortunately part of accepting electronic payments. I have a one on one “coach” to walk me through a fake center and then be able to access my personal account to make sure I’m on track or give me information about my real family accounts. Pros The ease of enrolling and navigating. It’s colorful, has icons, and has an awesome help button even though I say you’ll hardly use it. Cons The tuition assistance was a little tricky for me but Feb 2023 brings new updates to help us out. However the daycare center does not utilize most of them. Cons Not being able to check in child if a balance is due or pending. The overall layout of the website makes it easy to find things and look up information. Cons The paid vs not paid function is not working on the site. It doesn't allow check in/check out of kids even though the week has been paid for. It would be nice to pay monthly instead of every week. The money section of the site credits/debits can be confusing. I find myself running a tax report to confirm what was actually charged to our account. Review Source SM Samantha M.
