O software tem nos auxiliado no monitoramento dos colaboradores que possuem acesso à dados sensíveis e que estão sob o regime homeoffice. Observamos um ganho de produtividade, redução de eventos indesejáveis quanto à segurança da informação e facilidade na gestão. Entendemos que para um ganho de escala em uma empresa não centralizada em um único endereço e que não se restringe a um mesmo espaço físico, essa ferramenta proporciona um crescimento sólido. Ela nos dá informações que são essenciais para nosso crescimento.

Pros

O software tem nos auxiliado no monitoramento dos colaboradores que possuem acesso à dados sensíveis e que estão sob o regime homeoffice. Observamos um ganho de produtividade, redução de eventos indesejáveis quanto à segurança da informação e facilidade na gestão.

Cons

Acredito que a parte de reporte de informações poderia apresentar mais formas de exportação de dados, mais views.

Extremamente fácil de começar a funcionar, trazendo informações em praticamente tempo real. Muito simples de ajustar as configurações e definir permissões.

Seria muito bom se ele ficasse totalmente oculto, sendo possível sua configuração de visibilidade do agente ser realizada pelo painel web.

o Programa possui uma interface bem intuitiva e fácil de ser utilizada.

O tempo de armazenamento das imagens poderia ser maior, pelo valor cobrado, poderiam deixar por mais tempo.

Fantástica, durante muito tempo procurei por uma solução como a da Fsense que combinasse recursos e com um preço acessível.

Pros

Dashboard, gravação das telas em tempo real, percentual de horas produtivas durante o dia, sites acessados.

Cons

Falta recursos de receber avisos via whatsapp por exemplo, de usuários que estão ociosos a x tempo, de usuários que estão offline e que não deveriam estar, ou seja, não tenho tempo de ficar entrando todo o dia na plataforma para ficar monitorando, então avisos importantes de alertas por whatsapp ou SMS seria muito bom. No começo eu entrava diariamente, mas fica complicado, quando a empresa é grande e tem gente pra monitorar é outra coisa, mas, para empresas pequenas onde o dono faz um monte coisa, é mais complicado.

A possibilidade de tirar prints de tela dos usuários, já evitou demissões, pois comprovamos que o usuário estava certo algumas operações, que em resumo, resume-se em segurança para empresa e colaborador.

Pros

A facilidade em montar o relatório desejado com as pessoas que precisamos analisar e o visual é bem "clean"

Cons

Na saída da pessoa, não é possível exclusão por nós e às vezes, o usuário perde acesso a comunicação a ferramenta e temos que reinstalar. Já abrimos chamado sobre isso não foi 100% solucionado.

Alavancou bastante a produtividade de todos os times da empresa que trabalho. A captura de telas é um dos melhores recursos, pois consigo ver o que realmente aconteceu em determinado momento. Aqui, usamos basicamente 3 telas: Resumo, Linha do Tempo (que aparece as fotos) e Relatório de aderência a jornada.

UX totalmente intuitiva Monitoramento em tempo real Visibilidade mesmo em home office Captura de telas Suporte ágil

Cons

Não encontrei nenhum contra. O software é nacional e o valor é em real.
