Pros Dashboard, gravação das telas em tempo real, percentual de horas produtivas durante o dia, sites acessados. Cons Falta recursos de receber avisos via whatsapp por exemplo, de usuários que estão ociosos a x tempo, de usuários que estão offline e que não deveriam estar, ou seja, não tenho tempo de ficar entrando todo o dia na plataforma para ficar monitorando, então avisos importantes de alertas por whatsapp ou SMS seria muito bom. No começo eu entrava diariamente, mas fica complicado, quando a empresa é grande e tem gente pra monitorar é outra coisa, mas, para empresas pequenas onde o dono faz um monte coisa, é mais complicado.
