Pros The message and value proposition are delightful to the ears, but the application and actual usage of Coverflex is far from reality of their marketing. Cons \-claiming to be an extensive solutions for employee benefits, where the onestop shop (coverflex in this case) is below average in all of the perks and features pitched. -Bad documentation (not updated, not thorough, intentionally vague because they dont have all the answers), followed by bad support.
