L'assistenza è totalmente delegata a bot che forniscono risposte generiche e inconcludenti. È impossibile parlare con un operatore umano, sia via email che telefonicamente (il numero risulta inesistente). Oltre al danno, la beffa: alla nostra richiesta di rimborso ci è stato risposto con un netto rifiuto. Gestione inaccettabile e mancanza di rispetto per il cliente. Pros The message and value proposition are delightful to the ears, but the application and actual usage of Coverflex is far from reality of their marketing. Cons \-claiming to be an extensive solutions for employee benefits, where the onestop shop (coverflex in this case) is below average in all of the perks and features pitched. -Bad documentation (not updated, not thorough, intentionally vague because they dont have all the answers), followed by bad support.
