Pros O Smartleader teve um processo de implantação relativamente simples e com pessoas muitos dispostas a ensinar o uso, aplicações e padronização do sistema. No uso diário, gosto da praticidade e no quanto ele é instuitivo, mesmo quem não faz o treinamento consegue utilizá-lo nas funções mais básicas. Cons No módulo metas, com alguma frequência, apresentam-se alguns bugs nos filtros e nas pesquisas. O módulo de treinamento não é usual. Com o uso recorrente da ferramenta, percebo um maior engajamento dos gestores e líderes para capacitar e treinar os colaboradores. Colaboradores mais motivados e felizes, compartilhando certificados e se sentindo valorizados. Com o módulo desempenho e uma reformulação em nossa Avaliação de Desempenho, e com a implantação da matriz 9Box, há um entendimento maior da gestão sobre a importância de avaliar e dar feedbacks às suas equipes. Um olhar mais analítico e crítico. Se tratando de suporte e atendimento, a Smartleader tem respostas rápidas, atenciosas e assertivas. Um dos melhores atendimentos ao cliente que já conheci, o que me deixa seguro que, mesmo que ocorra algum erro, sei que estarão dispostos a resolver e melhorar nossa experiência cada vez mais. Pros Utilizo os módulos de Treinamento, Desempenho e Feedback. Contempla as nossas necessidades, tem integração com nosso sistema de RH, viabilizando sua automação. É de fácil uso. Módulo de treinamento com as funcionalidades necessárias, suportando SCORMs, PDFs e Vídeos, além dos líderes extraírem relatórios atualizados sobre os treinamentos de sua equipe, direta ou indireta, dando mais autonomia. Certificados e Avaliações de Reações também funcionam e atendem nossas necessidades. Cons Entendo que o módulo de Desempenho possa ser melhorado, principalmente no visual e interface dos formulários de avaliação de desempenho e para o colaborador localizar os relatórios das avaliações de desempenho. Seja um líder localizar de sua equipe ou de um liderado localizar a avaliação que recebeu. Hoje é necessário percorrer um caminho pouco intuitivo.
