Lors de la réception d’une notification de message client sur le téléphone, il n’est pas possible d’accéder directement aux informations essentielles. Nous sommes obligés de revenir à la messagerie globale pour consulter la date de séjour ainsi que le nom de la location concernée.

We’ve had an excellent experience using Rental Ready to manage our Airbnb properties. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and packed with features that make day-to-day management so much smoother. Everything we need is in one place, which saves us a huge amount of time. Overall, it’s been a fantastic tool for managing our short-term rentals, and we would highly recommend Rental Ready to anyone running Airbnb or vacation rental properties.

Pros

What really stands out, though, is the customer service. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we need assistance. Any questions or issues are handled quickly and professionally, which gives us great confidence in the software.

Cons

There’s very little to fault. Like any software, there are occasional small updates or adjustments to get used to, but the team is clearly committed to improving the platform and supporting users.

Mon expérience globale avec RentalReady est très positive. Le logiciel répond bien aux besoins de gestion locative, aussi bien pour le suivi administratif que pour l’organisation quotidienne. L’outil est fiable, fluide et bien pensé, ce qui permet de se concentrer sur l’essentiel sans perdre de temps dans des paramétrages complexes. C’est une solution que je considère comme sérieuse et efficace.

Pros

La simplicité de prise en main et la clarté de l’interface sont clairement les points forts de RentalReady. Le logiciel permet de centraliser facilement la gestion locative sans complexité inutile, ce qui fait gagner un temps précieux au quotidien. J’ai également apprécié l’automatisation de certaines tâches administratives et la vision globale qu’offre l’outil sur les biens et les locataires.

Cons

Comme beaucoup d’outils complets, certaines fonctionnalités avancées mériteraient un peu plus de personnalisation ou de documentation pour aller encore plus loin. Cela reste cependant mineur et n’impacte pas l’utilisation quotidienne du logiciel.

Overall, RentalReady is a solid PMS for agencies managing many units. It improves organization, reduces manual work, and helps keep operations on track. With a bit more polish on UX and stability, it could be excellent.

Pros

RentalReady offers a lot of possibilities: it centralizes reservations, guest communication, and team tasks in one place. The automation options save time and help us stay consistent across multiple properties.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, and some features are not always intuitive. We also noticed occasional minor bugs or slow loading, and a few integrations could be smoother.
