Overall, my experience with Rental Ready has been extremely positive. The system is reliable, easy to use, and offers all the features I need to manage my business efficiently. Throughout the year, the customer service has truly stood out—knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently supportive. While clearer communication around updates would be a welcome improvement, Rental Ready has overall been a fantastic platform that I’m genuinely happy to use.

Pros

Rental Ready has been an outstanding channel manager for my business. The system itself is powerful, reliable, and has everything you need to keep your operations running smoothly. It’s intuitive to use and packed with features that genuinely make a difference day to day. What truly sets Rental Ready apart, though, is the customer service. Over the past year, the support I’ve received has been fantastic. The support team is incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. It’s clear they really understand the product and care about their customers’ success.

Cons

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that changes and updates could sometimes be communicated a bit more clearly.

We’ve had an excellent experience using Rental Ready to manage our Airbnb properties. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and packed with features that make day-to-day management so much smoother. Everything we need is in one place, which saves us a huge amount of time. Overall, it’s been a fantastic tool for managing our short-term rentals, and we would highly recommend Rental Ready to anyone running Airbnb or vacation rental properties.

Pros

What really stands out, though, is the customer service. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we need assistance. Any questions or issues are handled quickly and professionally, which gives us great confidence in the software.

Cons

There’s very little to fault. Like any software, there are occasional small updates or adjustments to get used to, but the team is clearly committed to improving the platform and supporting users.

Pros

RentalReady offers a lot of possibilities: it centralizes reservations, guest communication, and team tasks in one place. The automation options save time and help us stay consistent across multiple properties.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, and some features are not always intuitive. We also noticed occasional minor bugs or slow loading, and a few integrations could be smoother.

What we appreciate most is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes onboarding and daily operations smooth. It helps us manage tasks efficiently and keeps everything well organized in one place.

At the moment, we have not identified any major issues. There is always room for small improvements or additional features, but overall the experience has been very positive.

I enjoy the system, having used many other Property Management Systems before, this one is the most comprehensive system with everything I need in one system

Pros

What I like most about RentalReady is that it an all in one Property Management System that includes client management, guest communications, finances and maintenance all under one umbrella. No need to use many systems, RentalReady covers everything one can need. It also has excellent security features that ensures guest and client information stays confidential

Cons

I could not learn all the integrated functions from the help and information center, I needed in person training to use the system to it's full functionality

Rental Ready has a variety of features that make property management efficient. We track our bookings, maintenance, claims, cleaning and refunds within this app, making it a one-stop-shop!

Cons

The acocunting feature has been challenging to learn about, there are a lot of aspects to consider. Now that we have become experts on it, we are really enjoying this seamless benefit!

Rental Ready has been a really big game changer for us at City Relay. It has allowed us to move from multiple systems used for bookings, guest communications, payments etc to an all in one platform

Pros

Consolidated calendar across multiple booking channels. All in one mailbox for guest communication, easy integration with internal database.

Cons

Not all channels are integrated into the mailbox but i know plans are being made to add more in the coming months

i would say very good, but i feel it could be better, not many things to change, but it have been some changes

Ease of use, it's very easy, the mailbox is the thing I like, also if we can upload pictures for pre-approvals that will be amazing

Cons

changing the name of the things, eg the global calendar, also when moving the dashboard to be in the missions

Great. Support has been good and the software is a game changer. There is a lot going on but once you understand it. Very powerful

Pros

It streamlines everything into one platform. We came from Tokeet and looked at all different platforms. This by far is the best especially automated payouts, AI and reporting

Cons

The onboarding was a challenge. Worth it but we gave our feedback and they have put fixes and measures to help others.

Le logiciel permet d'avoir la main sur beaucoup d'aspects clés de nos activités (gestion du planning de réservation et channel management efficace, lancements nouveaux logements de A à Z, gestion de nouvelles plateformes de réservation de A à Z). Le service client humain et IA proposé disponible 24/24 bilingue français/anglais est aussi un vrai plus pour répondre à beaucoup de demandes de nos voyageurs. Connectivité avec de nombreux acteurs du secteur (Beyond Pricing, Stripe, diverses OTAs, et toujours en augmentation. Développement constant de nouvelles fonctionnalités, équipe développeurs et commerciales réactives aux questions et suggestions

Cons

Le service client doit encore être amélioré, il y a régulièrement des erreurs dans les réponses faites aux voyageurs, cela peut manquer de précision et de réponses réellement personnalisées et poussées.

Wonderfully brilliant, exceptionally awesome game changing software

Pros

This is the best property management software for short term rentals on the market. I have used several different systems and this one far out weighs the rest. It has built in tools which other software either charges you for or you have to use a third party. Customer support is exceptional. Rental Ready changed our business and gave us more free time to focus on our clients and our customers.

Cons

The connection to VRBO isn't great but I think this is more to do with VRBO than Rental Ready.

Easy to setup and use, well adapted for mobile devices, loads fast.

Cons

Very limited visual analytics, not very customizable. For example, I cannot see the value of upcoming bookings in a chart for the next 6 or 12 months.

I've used a lot of tools like this before, but this is by far the best tool that can help you have a smooth day-to-day process

Pros

RentalReady is a smart way to manage your rentals. 1. It integrates easily with rental platforms, which is superb. 2. The features are complete and very easy to use and understand. 3. great tool to help you stay organized and save time 4. Plus the customer support always answers in a timely manner and always provides the right support I need 5. Guest communication feature is also good - although I highly suggest making a compatible app for phone if we need to check our rentals from time to time. Bottom line? RentalReady helps you run your rental business more efficiently, with less stress and more control.

Cons

I have one feature that is still isn't back - it's the option to download filtered reports, such as tickets being created for our properties. We used to have this before but I think it's among the things deleted when they updated the site.

RentalReady m’a permis de professionnaliser et d’optimiser la gestion de mes biens. C’est un outil complet qui simplifie la communication avec les voyageurs et me permet de gérer mes locations de manière centralisée et efficace. Le service client est réactif et à l’écoute, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Pros

La centralisation de toutes les réservations, la synchronisation efficace avec les OTAs et la messagerie intégrée qui fait gagner beaucoup de temps.

Cons

Quelques limitations dans les rapports statistiques et un léger décalage parfois lors des mises à jour de disponibilité en temps réel.

Je suis globalement satisfait de RentalReady, et je vais continuer à l'utiliser. Les diverses améliorations mise en place régulièrement sont appréciables.

Pros

Un plateforme simple mais complète. Elle est très intuitive et très pratique pour la gestion de conciergerie. On arrive vite à comprendre son fonctionnement et à l'utiliser. Le prix par annonce est très correct et la qualité est au rendez-vous. La communication avec les différents voyageurs, prestataires est très simple à travers un système de messagerie centralisée. Le système de double authentification est une sécurité supplémentaire pour les utilisateurs.

Cons

Il peut y avoir parfois certains problèmes au niveau de la gestion des différentes agences avec des missions qui n'apparaissent pas.

Sa facilité d'utilisation, sa clarté, sa vitesse de recherche, sa mise à jour régulière, ses nouvelles fonctionnalités

Cons

Parfois certains changement sont utiles, mais parfois d'autres non. Par exemple l'ajout d'une épingle dans les conversation ou l'ajout du nombre de'animaux de compagnie

Mon expérience globale avec Rental ready est très bonne, ce gestionnaire répond à tous les critères que l'on pourrait avoir pour ce genre de site : rapidité de traitement, beaucoup de fonctionnalités intuitives.

Pros

J'apprécie les nombreuses options qui facilitent le traitement des messages, la possibilité de mettre un flag sur les différentes conversations avec les voyageurs.

Cons

J'ai déjà rencontré quelques soucis de synchronisation entre le gestionnaire et les différentes plateformes, surtout lors d'une prolongation de séjour, mais maintenant cela est beaucoup plus rapide.

We are using RentalReady for managing short term stays and guest communications. RentalReady is easy to use. There are listening to feedbacks to improve the overall experience of their users!

Cons

I think for a not tech savvy person like me, you will feel overwhelmed by the system. But it is not hard to get used to it. Their support staff are superb!

The centralized system and data is a must have. I’m really glad that I work with Rental Ready, it ease my work really well and provide all data needed to working properly !

Cons

Maybe there is some modern touch to bring regarding UX but it is meaningless !
