Overall, my experience with Rental Ready has been extremely positive. The system is reliable, easy to use, and offers all the features I need to manage my business efficiently. Throughout the year, the customer service has truly stood out—knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently supportive. While clearer communication around updates would be a welcome improvement, Rental Ready has overall been a fantastic platform that I’m genuinely happy to use.

Pros

Rental Ready has been an outstanding channel manager for my business. The system itself is powerful, reliable, and has everything you need to keep your operations running smoothly. It’s intuitive to use and packed with features that genuinely make a difference day to day. What truly sets Rental Ready apart, though, is the customer service. Over the past year, the support I’ve received has been fantastic. The support team is incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. It’s clear they really understand the product and care about their customers’ success.

Cons

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that changes and updates could sometimes be communicated a bit more clearly.

I enjoy the system, having used many other Property Management Systems before, this one is the most comprehensive system with everything I need in one system

Pros

What I like most about RentalReady is that it an all in one Property Management System that includes client management, guest communications, finances and maintenance all under one umbrella. No need to use many systems, RentalReady covers everything one can need. It also has excellent security features that ensures guest and client information stays confidential

Cons

I could not learn all the integrated functions from the help and information center, I needed in person training to use the system to it's full functionality

Overall, RentalReady is a solid PMS for agencies managing many units. It improves organization, reduces manual work, and helps keep operations on track. With a bit more polish on UX and stability, it could be excellent.

Pros

RentalReady offers a lot of possibilities: it centralizes reservations, guest communication, and team tasks in one place. The automation options save time and help us stay consistent across multiple properties.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, and some features are not always intuitive. We also noticed occasional minor bugs or slow loading, and a few integrations could be smoother.

We’ve had an excellent experience using Rental Ready to manage our Airbnb properties. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and packed with features that make day-to-day management so much smoother. Everything we need is in one place, which saves us a huge amount of time. Overall, it’s been a fantastic tool for managing our short-term rentals, and we would highly recommend Rental Ready to anyone running Airbnb or vacation rental properties.

Pros

What really stands out, though, is the customer service. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we need assistance. Any questions or issues are handled quickly and professionally, which gives us great confidence in the software.

Cons

There’s very little to fault. Like any software, there are occasional small updates or adjustments to get used to, but the team is clearly committed to improving the platform and supporting users.

i would say very good, but i feel it could be better, not many things to change, but it have been some changes

Ease of use, it's very easy, the mailbox is the thing I like, also if we can upload pictures for pre-approvals that will be amazing

Cons

changing the name of the things, eg the global calendar, also when moving the dashboard to be in the missions

Rental Ready has a variety of features that make property management efficient. We track our bookings, maintenance, claims, cleaning and refunds within this app, making it a one-stop-shop!

Cons

The acocunting feature has been challenging to learn about, there are a lot of aspects to consider. Now that we have become experts on it, we are really enjoying this seamless benefit!

Rental Ready has been a really big game changer for us at City Relay. It has allowed us to move from multiple systems used for bookings, guest communications, payments etc to an all in one platform

Pros

Consolidated calendar across multiple booking channels. All in one mailbox for guest communication, easy integration with internal database.

Cons

Not all channels are integrated into the mailbox but i know plans are being made to add more in the coming months

Overall is a true 5 star experience so far. The operations team has tremendously improved the work flow and also we are able to handle the pricing in a more efficient way.

Pros

The ease of use and the fact that the team continuously improves the system with frequent updates. Moreover the communication is easy and quick.

Cons

Would prefer to have more interfaces and more platforms to list the properties. Also a better training for the staff to use to better maximize the system's potentials.

Great. Support has been good and the software is a game changer. There is a lot going on but once you understand it. Very powerful

Pros

It streamlines everything into one platform. We came from Tokeet and looked at all different platforms. This by far is the best especially automated payouts, AI and reporting

Cons

The onboarding was a challenge. Worth it but we gave our feedback and they have put fixes and measures to help others.

Une équipe très compétente, bienveillante et réactive qui nous apporte au quotidien un réel soutien.

Cons

Certains outils ( le modules check-list et planificateur intelligent) ne sont pas assez simple d'utilisation. L'édition simplifiée de ces outils reste à améliorer

### "Rental Ready is a great pms system "

I think Rental Ready is a great platform in order for us to manage properties effectively. I like how easy it is to use and it is also easy for owners to navigate so makes my job easier as I do not have to keep explaining to owners how to use this.

Pros

I like the seamless link between owners and their property and the transparency of the platform to show income and reports. I also like how quick the service team respond and sort issues out, we never have to wait long for a problem to be sorted which gives us great confidence when speaking to our owners.

Cons

Sometimes payouts can take a while and amounts can be wrong. An example is if you set the cleaning fee to £0 for an owner as they clean themselves, sometimes Rental Ready still takes the clean fee from the owner and we need to do a payout adjustment to put this right. Does not happen often but it has happened a few times.

Je les ai rencontrés via une autre conciergerie. Lorsque j'ai décidé de monter ma propre conciergerie, c'était une évidence de travailler avec RENTAL READY.

Pros

La réactivité dans tous les domaines, mais surtout dans la gestion des locataires est leur priorité. Et c'est très bien car lors de nos communications avec nos clients, c'est important d'avoir une réponse rapide ! Evidemment, j'apprécie aussi tous les tutos mis à disposition cela nous permet d'apprendre tout en étant autonomes ! Même avec peu de lots, c'est pratique, efficace avec un bon rapport qualité prix ! Pour les bugs et problèmes là aussi, nous sommes prévenus via un mail et cela nous permet d'anticiper. Pour finir, ils misent beaucoup sur la sécurité. Nous pouvons travailler sur la plateforme facilement. Ils nous permettent également l'accès au site Web et aux appareils mobiles. Ce point là est super pratique :lorsque nous n'avons pas notre ordinateur, nous sommes toujours reliés à RENTAL grâce à l'application mobile.

Cons

Pour le moment, je ne trouve pas de points négatifs quant à mon engagement à RENTAL READY. Ils me permettent de gérer de manière plus facile mes locations.

Mon expérience globale avec RentalReady : Dans l’ensemble, mon expérience est très positive. L’outil m’a permis de centraliser la gestion de mes biens et de gagner un temps précieux, surtout pendant les périodes de forte activité. La communication avec les voyageurs et la coordination avec mes prestataires sont beaucoup plus simples et efficaces. Le support client est réactif et à l’écoute, ce qui est rassurant. Aujourd’hui, RentalReady est devenu un élément indispensable pour le bon fonctionnement de ma conciergerie.

Pros

Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié avec RentalReady, c’est la centralisation de toutes mes tâches au même endroit. Je peux gérer mes réservations, communiquer avec les voyageurs, planifier les ménages et suivre les missions de mes prestataires sans perdre de temps. L’interface est claire et intuitive, et le gain d’efficacité est énorme, surtout en haute saison.

Cons

Points négatifs : Au début, la prise en main demande un petit temps d’adaptation, surtout pour configurer correctement tous les paramètres et automatisations. Mais une fois que tout est en place, l’utilisation devient fluide.

Mon expérience globale a été très positive. RentalReady a considérablement facilité la gestion quotidienne de mes locations, en regroupant l’essentiel des outils au même endroit. Le logiciel est fiable, intuitif et pensé pour les professionnels de la location courte durée. Bien que quelques améliorations soient possibles, il s’agit d’une solution solide et efficace qui fait gagner du temps tout en réduisant les erreurs.

Pros

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la simplicité d’utilisation du logiciel et la clarté de l’interface. La gestion centralisée des réservations et des messages invités fait gagner beaucoup de temps au quotidien. Les automatisations — notamment pour les check-in, les paiements et les communications — sont très efficaces et réduisent les tâches manuelles. Le service client est également réactif et aide à résoudre les problèmes rapidement.

Cons

Certains modules manquent encore de flexibilité, notamment pour la personnalisation des modèles d’emails et de certaines automatisations. L’intégration avec certaines plateformes peut parfois prendre un peu de temps, et quelques fonctionnalités avancées mériteraient d’être améliorées ou mieux documentées.

Et le fait d'avoir également la possibilité devoir de l'aide dans des délais plus que respectable rend la découverte moins hasardeuse

Pros

Je dirais la grande liberté de gestion laissé par le site sur la gestion et l'aide de l'assistance qui nous réponds toujours assez rapidement et arrive à identifier les problèmes de manière assez précise.

Cons

La communication entre les différentes plateformes locatives comme Airbnb ou Booking.com peuvent avoir du mal à se faire.

Mon expérience avec RentalReady est positive. Le logiciel a permis d’améliorer la productivité de l’équipe en centralisant toutes les tâches liées à la gestion locative courte durée. Il simplifie considérablement la gestion des réservations et la communication avec les voyageurs. Cette application qui est assez onéreuse pour notre entreprise pourrait se développer sur mobile et se moderniser sur son interface web. Egalement être plus à l'écoute des besoins que nous remontons régulièrement.

Pros

La possibilité de regrouper toutes les informations sur nos propriétés, de pouvoir synchronisé les informations pour nos voyageurs sur chaque plateformes. Les outils qui assurent un bon suivi et qui nous permettent de communiquer entre chaque services (tickets, missions...)

Cons

\-Le fait de de pas pouvoir intégrer des photos dans les missions que nous affectons à nos techniciens. -Le fait de ne pas pouvoir bouger une réservation booking -Lenteur des tableaux de bord notamment le planning global - Application mobile inexistante et indispensable pour nos équipes de terrain - Manque de modernité prise en main

Le déroulé du planning général des biens présente des dysfonctionnements ou s’avère contraignant à l’usage. Lors de la réception d’une notification de message client sur le téléphone, il n’est pas possible d’accéder directement aux informations essentielles. Nous sommes obligés de revenir à la messagerie globale pour consulter la date de séjour ainsi que le nom de la location concernée.

Les avantages sont que RR centralise gestion locative, automatisation des tâches, compta simplifiée, état des lieux, signature électronique et CRM, idéal pour pros de la location meublée ou saisonnière.

Cons

juste le temps de s'adapter au logiciel qui au final est vraiment pratique.tout est contrôlable d'une meme plateforme.

Pros

Rental Ready is a good tool, where you have everything in one place from communication with guests, to bookings, to review and the AI tool Maia is working perfectly

Cons

I feel it can be more simple, and no many integration with other plateform, like Marriott, plum guide, etc. Only booking, Airbnb and VRBO will be great to add other platforms

Our overall experience has been very positive. RentalReady helped us centralize our operations across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms without stress. We’ve saved time on calendar management, guest messaging, and rate updates. Customer support is responsive and really helpful. It’s a tool that makes everyday work smoother, especially when managing multiple properties.

Pros

The user interface is very intuitive and clear, even for team members who are not tech-savvy. Channel connection is stable, updates sync well across platforms, and the messaging hub saves us a lot of time when handling guest communication. Their onboarding support was also excellent

Cons

Minor lags when loading the calendar with a high volume of listings, and a few small UX things could be streamlined. But nothing that impacts the core functionality.
