Pros

Il software è molto semplice ed intuitivo sia per l'end user che per l'amministratore. Ha molte funzionalità che permettono un ottimizzazione del lavoro, come ad esempio: invio report al cliente dopo aver utlimato l'assistenza; associare tipi di contratti a diversi clienti; avere agent da poter installare su sistemi non presidiati; avere una reportistica sulle assistenze erogate (sia per azienda che per operatore e anche in base al periodo scelto); la condivisione dati; la chat istantanea...

Cons

implementerei il drag and drop tra il pc dell'ammnistratore e le sessioni remote, così da velocizzare lo scambio dati.

Riduzione dei costi senza rinunciare a nessuna funzionalità, anzi migliorandone qualcuna.

Pros

Il modo di connettersi per cui il tecnico fornisce il codice di accesso. Ci evita di sprecare tempo all'inizio per spiegare agli utenti quale codica ci devono fornire. Come viene presentato il resoconto dei collegamenti effettuati. Le guide disponibili.

Cons

Venendo da un'altro software si spende un po' di tempo per capire il meccanismo utilizzato, ma è tutto ben documentato.
