It is worth far more than what I pay for the software in my opinion. **Pros:** I like that clients can request and cancel their own appointments in the app. I used to have clients calling, emailing and texting along with my staff which made it difficult to manage all of our visit dates and times. The scheduling feature is a life saver! **Cons:** Some of the icons are hard to find due to the colors. If the user is unaware of a certain feature, unless they hover over the particular field or are shown the field the user is not aware it is there/available. Employee compensation piece. I have several staff members who all make different amounts due to their different start dates, but cancellations and Holiday pay are a little difficult to manage through the compensation piece in PetPocketbook.
