Value for Money

Pros: It's CHEAP! We've been using it for a couple years now and while it started off rocky (we had doubts it was meant for a trucking company) we love it now. Customer support is amazing! the agent is always pleasant and, even better, always knows how to do whatever it is we are calling for. Whether it's bringing back an accidentally closed out payroll, or tweaking column widths so that we can see an entire load number at once, he's done it all.

Cons: There were some definite growing pains, probably more on our side than theirs, but it definitely wasn't all one sided. Total functionality is still limited, but considering the price I can't complain.
