Language change in my own preferred is good use for me so my staff get eveolved very easily. Overall features are very useful. OTP for delivery is the main thing i am using for my security.

There are not such thing i don't like but i need whatsapp marketing feature as soon as so i can get more customers. no need to use other softwares

The UI in BytePhase CRM is highly user-friendly, clean and well organized, making navigation seamless for both beginners and experienced users, any non-technical staff with minimal learning curve can quickly adapt to the system. Additionally, the customization option for the role of staff allows administrator a hassle-free role upgrade or downgrade for our staff with the strict restrictiveness for their customize section to work on.

Cons

The WhatsApp and Instagram marketing integration could be useful for users.
