Automatic Margin calculated once job is setup and resource assigned Ability to add any type of burden for a resource (example Seat , Laptop or immigration cost) All rates are driven by Purchase Orders mapped to Job Orders

Cons

Help guides need some improvement and not all modules active yet, such as Travel

Pros

Overall, we are quite pleased with the efficiencies this has brought in for the entire team. We were challenged to hire hundreds of new employees and we were able to get them setup with access to the Employee Portal within a day, which usually would take weeks

Cons

Hopefully we will soon see self service webinars and learning videos.

Managing the HRM with OpsArc has freed up a lot of time for my team. The information which can be made available to the employees through OpsArc allowed us to communicate more effectively with employees. Most of these information are now available with the employees through the portal reducing the contact with HR for basic information.

Pros

The ease of using the software stands out to be one of the most impressive thing.

Cons

Lack of customization in certain areas could have been helpful but that is not a showstopper. Every organization has some unique features which can not be accommodated in commercial tools.
