Pros

The ease and simple interfaceThe digital dashboard/workspace for non mac and windows users.Whiteboard function integrated in the documentation.Template sharing, waiting for management

Cons

Some functions are immature. But they are fixing it.Some users want other functions added, which are available in other better platforms, and resources are due to that not used for improving there strength.
