This is the most impactful organizational communication and development tool I have seen, and I could not be more excited about it.

Pros

The ability to continuously connect people to their purpose, to their organizations, and to each other, while reinforcing happiness in their work, and the impact they get to make every day.

Cons

The optout option, but I understand it’s a regulatory requirement.

It's been a perfect solution for us. In our industry we are very spread out and work independently in most of what we do. Having a solution that allows leadership to connect with our staff quickly and efficiently is vitally important. Connecting with staff and finding ways to reward and recognize staff is absolutely the most challenging for leaders to do. Days to Happy helps tremendously with it.

Pros

The ease of use is absolutely the best part of it. It's been so awesome to quickly reach out to staff to share a personal message, company message, inspiration, etc. in a quick and efficient way. The staff at Days to Happy are first class people that are always there and willing to help where needed. The feedback from our staff about the system has been overwhelming positive.

Cons

I've not found anything that I don't like about Days to Happy.

Great customer support!

Pros

Great features to easily recognize employees on key dates or anniversaries

Cons

Integration was simple, but figuring out the right amount of interactions with staff per week was harder to find then I imagined...when we did figure out the right amount of messages per week for staff we had better involvement.
