The interface could use some improvements to make the process smoother. **Cons:** Unfortunately, the customer service was a significant downside. I experienced a lot of back and forth without any real help, and my issues remained unresolved. Ken K. The some features are great too. **Cons:** The support doesn't really know its tool. They reply very late and for each simple question I have to wayt days while they ask the developers. Seems like the "support team" is outsourced to people that does't know anything about the tool. The minor bugs (eg. broken link fix) was reported 10 times and withing a month they didn't even fix that. The answer was "we're small team, please understand this". I cannot, sorry.
