Ganhamos velocidade e praticidade durante as auditorias e inspeções. Bem como a exportação de dados para planilhas e deshboards. Literalmente, ganhamos produtividade.

Pros

Para nós os recursos mais importantes, é a facilidade de configurar os relatórios segundo a nossa necessidade e gosto. Poder trabalhar em qualquer lugar, tendo apenas um celular em mãos, mesmo off-line. E depois a possibilidade de exportar, na mesma hora em excel ou PDF.

Cons

Às vezes algumas informações somem, durante o preenchimento. Pois quando no momento, o documento está sincronizando.

o aplicativo atende a demanda no processo de locação dos instrumentos tanto na entrega quanto nas situações de troca de instrumentos, onde devemos ter toda a formalização do processo e agilidade nessas etapas, então o aplicativo e ferramenta importante nesse caso.A utilização de papel e formulários obsoletos nesse caso foi substituída pelo aplicativo.

Pros

O aplicativo foi configurado para a gestão das entregas técnicas dos instrumentos, tendo como objetivo a inclusão de fotos e informações relevantes nesse momento e sendo formalizado com documento de entrega direto pela plataforma, com assinatura de entrega e envio automático das informações a todos os interessados.

Cons

Atualmente a gestão da informação necessita de maiores dados e o exemplo de um vídeo ao invés de uma foto seria interessante para um melhor entendimento da operação.

Realmente a facilidade de organização dos levantamentos e inspeções ajudam bastante.

Pros

A facilidade de uso e adaptação dos questionários ajuda bastante. É possível criar evidências para cada questionamento, sem contar que é 100% auditável o preenchimento.

Cons

Não há uma integração com outros softwares. Como utilizamos o aplicativo para dar embasamento a laudos feitos no Word, a falta de um meio para expostra em documento do word os relatórios atrasa um pouco o trabalho.

Com o app Produttivo, conseguimos uma melhor visão da carteira de clientes, e soluções para apresentar os clientes podendo melhor atende-lô

Registros de fotos e relatórios que podemos enviar para os clientes para acompanhamentos de estagio da obra, até mesmo de cobrar o cliente de que a obra está atrasada, ou de mostrar para o cliente de qual ponto precisa ser ajustado para receber peças finais.
