Não tinha tido nenhum contato com ferramenta de gestão de manutenção antes era tudo controlado em planilhas de Excel, as vezes muito retrabalho e outras vezes perca de dados, depois da chagada do Prisma conseguimos ter mais agilidade, controle dos dados e assertividades de tomada de decisão.

Praticidade, controle e administração de ativos.

Cons

Alguns recursos simples bloqueados era necessário o adicional de valores.

Toda parte de gestão integrada foi bem trabalhada nesses anos em que utilizamos o prisma. Apesar da empresa ter tido a decisão de substituí-lo no remete a nenhuma problema ou falta de ferramenta. Acredito que seja muito pelo contrário, houve um decréscimo significativo nos avanços na gestão em facilities com a saída do prisma. Assim o prisma se mostrou eficiente e que atende bem as necessidade de qualquer empresa na área de facilities.

Pros

Flexibilidade e abertura de desenvolvimento de customizações que mais adequam a necessidade do cliente.

Cons

Acredito que não é exclusividade apenas do prisma, mas há uma certa dificuldade com integração com outros sistemas.

O Prisma nos trás confiabilidade em nossos processos, com controle de chamados preventivos, corretivos e inspeções, além de conseguirmos realizar o controle de produtividade através do relatórios automáticos, também podemos ter o controle dos nossos materiais, garantindo total governança dos processos.

Pros

Sistema de facil manuseio, onde é conseguimos de maneira simples, mostrar e treinar nosso corpo técnico para utilização mobile, quando os nossos planejadores para controle dos chamados.

Cons

Contras, não vejo nenhum aspecto contra, pois todas as alterações e modificações são atendidas, claro que todas solicitações tem um custo.
