São inúmeros os beneficios que este CRM nos proporciona, o mesmo auxilia a controlarmos nosso clientes porspects e base.

Pros

Este software nos auxilia diariamente, sendo em agendas, prospecções, deixei a parte fisica de lado e migrei toda para o software, sem burocrácias. Não viveria sem o mesmo.

Cons

Até o momento não identifiquei algum tipo de contras no uso do software, está perfeito.

O smark crm e bem pratico e fácil de aprender a usar, informações bem claras e objetivas se você estive procurando uma plataforma onde consiga visualizar atividades por minutos ou hora esse e um bem avaliado nesses requisitos. Tem alguns problemas quando vai puxar relatórios mas nada muito grave, Atendimento bem rápido.

Não gosto da forma que tem que registrar os e-mail e tem opção de todos apaga

Tenho muita experiencia em CRM, já atuei e comercializei diversos, na minha opinião Smark é um CRM completo e funcional que ajuda de forma simples a gestão e gerenciamento do seu time comercial

Pros

Solução de fácil utilização que possui funcionalidades que impactam positivamente no dia a dia do colaborar e ajuda a gerencias suas atividade e metas.

Cons

Falta de conexão com solução de e-mail empresarias, dessa forma conseguíamos definir quais os e-mails que gostaríamos de inserir dentro do CRM colocando um código em copia oculta e quais são gatilhos para ativação ou evolução.

Gosto de todas as ferramentas que o sistema possui. Muito completo! Sem dificuldades para gerar propostas, anexar, baixar, muito prático e excelente visualização.

Pros

Gosto principalmente da forma de visualização do CRM, claro, objetivo e tudo na tela. Você precisa de algo, você já visualiza e tem, não precisa procurar muito.

Cons

Só a parte de integração com demais sistemas, que poderia ter no caso de uma integração na empresa, para não ter que ser feito manualmente ou exportado via Excel, que acaba sendo uma integração manual do mesmo jeito.

Necessitávamos de uma ferramenta que auxiliasse no controle diário dos nossos SDR, consultores e relacionamento com o cliente, e desde a implantação fomos bem atendidos. Um CRM completo e que esta sempre em desenvolvimento com melhorias para nós usuários.

Pros

A facilidade com que conseguimos utilizar a ferramenta, pois é muito didática. Possui diversas opções de registro e acompanhamento de contas de clientes e prospect. A ferramenta disponibiliza relatórios gerenciais, seja de equipe ou individual.

Cons

A principio a ferramenta nos atende muito bem atualmente, e conforme as necessidades de inclusão ou ajuste vão surgindo, o suporte nos auxilia de maneira ágil.
