Platform for Digital Document Signature and Document Validation for Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.The service is available within our web platform, or you can integrate it into your system using our API. - Sign contracts and documents with legal validity in compliance with NOM-151. You can do it with a smartphone or computer using the digital autograph signature (handwritten signature) and the advanced electronic signature (issued by the SAT). - Validate the identity of your customers and suppliers so that your company complies with Mexican legislation regarding digital onboarding processes.

Ha sido algo muy fácil de usar en la empresa, rápido y notifica cada que alguien firma el contrato, así vamos viendo en tiempo real su ciclo.

Pros

La sencillez de usar efirma, ha sido excelente. Es algo que no se necesita capacitación y quién sea en la empresa puede generar contratos y firmarlos así como mandarlos a firmar.

Considero que la herramienta es fácil de usar, quizás las letras pueden ser más grandes

Las otras opciones eran caras, complicadas y a fuerzas necesitaban implementación, como NAAT, que es muy costoso.

Sirve para lo que dice hacer, sin tantas complicaciones. Es bastante intuitiva y fácil de usar, es lo que más me ha gustado.

Cons

Podría mejorar el aspecto del precio, a pesar de que es de los más competitivos en el mercado, pero generar promociones y paquetes para medianos y micro empresarios podría funcionar.

Nos facilitó la transición de trámites presenciales a trámites online, y la atención fue rapidísima cuando tuvimos dudas.

Al principio fue complicado dar de alta a los administradores, y se me complicó encontrar las secciones y entender qué significaban.

Es muy fácil de usar y da una sensación de seguridad el que el cliente firme algo aunque sea de forma electrónica.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, basado en web, por lo que no hay necesidad de instalar nada.

Cons

Difícil de legalmente darle al contrato firmado el peso de una firma autógrafa. Esta situación no es problema de eFirma, es problema de la legislación nacional.

Muy buen servicio, fácil de entender en especial si solo eres firmante y es muy poco común tener algún problema con el. Cómodo en su método de pago por uso y que no exigen montos minimos

Producto de fácil uso, y te ayudan con personas que tienen que firmar por primera vez, agregan funciones como orden de solicitud de firmas entre otros.

Cons

Tutorial es de YouTube poco claros y deficientes. Temas como el subir el acta constitutiva muchas veces saca el error de que no lo pueden hacer los usuarios incluidos los que firman, puede mejorar mucho. No me gusta que los contratos sean pago por uso pero que los KYC no sean igual me gustaría ver compra de contratos y agregarles a esos contratos KYC AYUDARÍAN A LAS PEQUEÑAS EMPRESAS y el valor que tendrían los contratos subiría muchos en lugar de solo sea por suscripción

Nos ha ayudado a que el proceso de alta de nuestros clientes, que requiere una firma de aceptación de nuestros términos y condiciones, sea mucho más rápido, cómodo y económico que si lo realizaramos de la forma tradicional en papel.

Que tiene la facilidad de elegir el tipo de firma que deseas utilizar (electrónica o digitalizada) y el proceso de firma es muy sencillo para el usuario final

Cons

Poca difusión sobre el uso de la firma electrónica avanzada. Deberían compartir un video con los fundamentos legales, así como información sobre como funciona el servicio, ya que existen clientes que se asustan cuando les pides utilizar la e.firma.

eFirma nos ha ayudado mucho en no depender del "papeleo" o envío de documentos físicos al poder tener una organización digital, además de que en este tiempo de pandemia, ha sido ágil y eficaz el uso de este tipo de mecanismos.

Lo que me llamó la atención primeramente, la modalidad de poder obtener los planes, ya que como pequeña empresa, podemos tener accesos a este tipo de soluciones ajustándose al volumen de nuestra operación. El soporte siempre fue de primera mano y el uso de la misma herramienta muy sencillo de usar.
