In testing and production, we've found it does what the marketing and documentation says it does.

Pros

Makes upholding high standards of design and management in Teams and SharePoint much easier than it would be easier. Much more reasonably-priced than the competition. I wouldn't want to manage a large SP/Teams installation without a tool like this, and S2S would be a good choice.

Cons

It's even better with the addition of the PnP Add-On, which helps it copy a wider range of attributes, columns, content, etc., but you need to ask for that to be installed. Lacks some of the fancy search options of LightningTools or Orchestry, but is also much less expensive.
