En todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de mis dudas y me las resolvían, me ayudaron a dar de alta a todos mis colaboradores, servicios, clientes, etc. Para usarlo fue aún más fácil que odoo, porque todas las configuraciones te las dejan hechas y ya solo es usarlo y esto te lo enseñan en la capacitación inicial. Ya llevo 2 años con ellos y siempre están al pendiente de todo e incluso de mis dudas. Pros Me encanta que está muy fácil de usar, sus asesores son muy accesibles y su trato es súper amable. Además, como empresa de diseño me es muy fácil llevar el control de mi negocio sin importar en donde me encuentre, solo necesito internet y listo! Me encanta que puedo generar cotizaciones súper rápido y ya vienen con mi logo y listas para envíar a mis clientes, cuando por fin se concreta una venta es aún más fácil porque los datos los tiene el sistema y todos los pagos quedan ligados en automático. La verdad está increíble. Cons Lo único que no me encanta es que aun no puedo llevar mis ventas tipo crm pero me comentaron que ya está en desarrollo y me emociona mucho eso!
