Cons Pour pouvoir payer avec un mobile il faut s'inscrire sur Google pay, App pay, ou Samsung pay, ça n'était pas le cas avec ma carte pluxee. L'interface est très compliqué, la prise en main n'est pas du tout intuitive. Obligé de taper le code a chaque fois. Bref, je n'aime pas cette carte et regrette beaucoup celle de Pluxee. Leur service est incapable de résoudre mon problème depuis plus de deux ans : me permettre de me connecter à mon compte. Depuis 2023, j'attends toujours d'y avoir accès. On me renvoie sans cesse d'une personne à l'autre, et les emails se multiplient sans que personne ne prenne réellement en charge mon problème. De plus swile n'offre pas du tout les mêmes services qu'une banque et ne fait rien pour vous aider ou vos remboursements... Ils se content de dire "c'est pas notre faute"... Bref ils sont clairement a la ramasse sur les aspects clientelles et sécurité... Je vous recommandé de fuir l'usage de cette plateforme et de ne surtout jamais jamais enregistré vos cb dessus...
