Très déçu, par l'interface, l'ergonomie, je ne peux pas utiliser le sans contact, je suis toujours obligé d'insérer la carte et de taper le code, ça ne m'a jamais fait ça avec mes autres cartes restaurant.

Pros

Aucun, sincèrement c'est très frustrant, l'utilisation de cette carte n'est pas pratique. Je mets une étoile car je n'ai pas le choix, sinon ce serait zéro.

Cons

Pour pouvoir payer avec un mobile il faut s'inscrire sur Google pay, App pay, ou Samsung pay, ça n'était pas le cas avec ma carte pluxee. L'interface est très compliqué, la prise en main n'est pas du tout intuitive. Obligé de taper le code a chaque fois. Bref, je n'aime pas cette carte et regrette beaucoup celle de Pluxee.

Depuis deux ans, je n'ai jamais pu utiliser leur service. Mon entreprise crédite mon compte Swile, mais je ne parviens pas à l'utiliser.

Pros

Je n'ai eu aucune aide efficace. Leur service est incapable de résoudre mon problème depuis plus de deux ans : me permettre de me connecter à mon compte. Depuis 2023, j'attends toujours d'y avoir accès. On me renvoie sans cesse d'une personne à l'autre, et les emails se multiplient sans que personne ne prenne réellement en charge mon problème.

Cons

Le service a été particulièrement inefficace dans mon cas.

Prenez garde swile manque cruellement de sécurité. On peut exploiter votre argent en passant par des plateformes externes types Uber eat ou autre sans aucun contrôle quasiment. De plus swile n'offre pas du tout les mêmes services qu'une banque et ne fait rien pour vous aider ou vos remboursements... Ils se content de dire "c'est pas notre faute"... Bref ils sont clairement a la ramasse sur les aspects clientelles et sécurité... Je vous recommandé de fuir l'usage de cette plateforme et de ne surtout jamais jamais enregistré vos cb dessus...

Pros

Aucun cette plateforme ne sert a rien à part vous faire pirater votre argent

Cons

La sécurité votre agent est pris d'autre sans contrôle et la plateforme ne se dit pas en cause et ne propose rien

Pros

Je l'utilise au quotidien comme carte de tickets restaurants, l'app est très facile à utiliser, pas de communication polluante et on reçoit parfois des primes à utiliser depuis le site.

Cons

Rien à redire :) Si ce n'est ajouter encore plus de partenaires mais j'imagine que vous y travaillez déjà

Le fonctionnement des tickets resto est top ! On peut compléter les achats avec une CB traditionelle si besoin. Très pratique ! Top pour faire des sondages internes !

Cons

La carte swile n'est pas toujours accepter partout.... Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de tester les réductions disponibles dans la boutique... A regarder prochainement pour donner mon avis

Pros

Swile permet de bénéficier des tickets restaurant sous forme dématérialisée. La carte fonctionne comme un carte bancaire. Il est possible de compléter les paiements avec une carte personnelle.

Cons

La carte n'est pas prise en charge partout où on pourrait s'y attendre. Certains commerçants sont listés par Swile mais refusent la carte Swile et Swile ne retire pas ces commerçants malgré les signalements.

Carte n'est plus fonctionnelle au pour de 6 mois, pas de retour du service client en attente.

Carte fonctionnelle, bon produit quand ce dernier fonctionne !

Cons

Une carte qui ne fonctionne pas et un service client déplorable. Il ne réponde pas si ce n'est pour vous dire que ils ont trop de demandes à traiter. Carte fonctionnelle sauf quand elle tombe en panne :)
