As implementator it took us less than one week to get all set up

Pros

Easy, Felxible, Accurate its very easy to teach new HR assitants on it , few days its more than perfect

No use of Buildings or branch offices at all

En general es buena mientras no necesites soporte.

Pros

Facilidad de implementación y de uso.Posibilidad de trabajo colaborativo.100% en la nube.

Cons

No es posible importar de forma masiva incidencias a la pre nominaNo tiene consultas personalizadas.No es posible crear los contratos laborales desde el sistema.No tienen apertura a hacer Add-on con ningun ERP

Pros

la facilidad de poder procesar la nomina, da muy buenos resultados en los cálculos mensuales que se pueden ir cuadrando con los papeles de trabajo

Cons

Quiza su interfaz es un poco vieja, pero las funciones son buenas, inclusive algunos reportes deberían dar mas opciones para descargar reportes

Lo recomiendo ampliamente por su facilidad y practicidad de uso, además de su precio razonable.

Pros

Con Nominax me despreocupo de hacer los cálculos regulares de nómina, vacaciones, aguinaldos, horas extras y demás, con la confianza de que cumplimos con la ley.

Cons

Su interfaz podría ser un poco más intutiva, ya que hay que buscar en diferentes menús para encontrar cierta información. Sería bueno que tuvieran una app con funciones básicas.

Me facilita el proceso de nómina, ya que es muy sencillo en su manejo, eso me ahorra tiempo y, por otro lado, me da la seguridad de que cuento con un sistema que está siempre actualizado y con unos asesores que conocen perfectamente los temas de nómina, eso me da mucha tranquilidad.

Pros

Es un sistema en la nube lo cual da mucha facilidad para procesar desde cualquier lado mi nómina, la puedo procesar hasta desde mi celular, eso me da mucha flexibilidad en mi trabajo, además es muy amigable su manejo y con el timbrado ilimitado no tengo ningún costo extra, sin mencionar además que no cobra nada por las actualizaciones, como en otros sistemas.

Cons

En realidad no tengo algo que no me guste, más bien creo que estaría bien algún reporteador como en otros sistemas de nómina que tienen estos para poder explotar la base de datos de manera más flexible.

Por su costo en primer lugar y después al manejar la prueba, me di cuenta de todas sus virtudes y con el tiempo vi que tenía un aliado perfecto en ellos al mantenerme informado e implementar siempre los cambios fiscales a tiempo.

8/10 me gusta y lo voy a seguir usando, lo prefiero sobre la mierda sobrevalorada del contpaq y nomipaq

Pros

Es sencillo de implementar usar y enseñar cuando tienes experiencia en el sistema, esta en nube

Cons

algunas funcionalidades están algo escondidas y mal acomodadas, los reportes de nomina estan muy limitados (un reporte tabular similar al nomipaq estaría bien) y no vi que actualizarán los factores de integración de SDI con los cambios en la LFT de 2023
