One feature I particularly value is the ability for different team members to take ownership of specific functions while still giving me complete visibility and oversight. The seamless integration with our POS and accounting software has made day-to-day operations significantly more efficient. By far, Supply'd is the best ERP system we have used. Cons Honestly, we can't recommend this product enough. There's a little learning curve, but the customer support team is on top of it all and always willing to help and spend the time needed to ensure we understand the product and use it to our best ability. It started by solving the fundamentals around inventory, ordering and receiving, but we have been able to take it much further than that. Today it helps us manage stock across the business, ingredients going into production, recipes, batches, allergens, traceability and finished products, all within the same system. That visibility has reduced manual work, improved stock control and made it much easier to manage an increasingly complex operation. The biggest value for me is what happens as the business grows. We are now launching wholesale, opening another location and bringing more of our online business into the same ecosystem. We do not need to introduce a completely new system every time the business evolves. Supply'd can continue to sit at the centre of it. Without it, scaling the business would have been significantly harder. It has kept up with us rather than holding us back, and that is exactly what I want from an ERP. Pros The flexibility and how well it has scaled with our business. We originally implemented Supply'd at Organika for stock management, purchasing, receiving and ordering. It gave us much better visibility over what was ordered, what actually arrived, what we had on hand and what needed to be ordered next. From there, we expanded it into our production kitchen, which has completely different requirements around ingredients, recipes, batches, allergens, production and finished products. That is probably what has impressed me most. We have been able to use the same system across very different parts of the business without having to force our processes around the software. It feels like Supply'd adapts to the way the business actually operates rather than the business having to adapt to the ERP. The customer support has also been excellent. The team is responsive, understands the operational side of the business and has been genuinely helpful as we have expanded how we use the platform. Cons There is definitely a learning curve once you start getting into the deeper functionality. It is a powerful system and there is a lot you can do with it, so naturally it takes some time to understand how to get the most out of everything. For us, that has been a worthwhile tradeoff. I would much rather have an ERP with the depth and flexibility to grow into than something that is simple initially but becomes restrictive as the business gets more complex. There are always features or small improvements you would like to see, but the Supply'd team has been very receptive to feedback and the system continues to evolve. Supply'd gave us that, while also giving us room to grow into areas like production, wholesale, additional locations and online without having to keep adding more disconnected systems. A lot of platforms seemed strong in one area, whether that was inventory, purchasing, production or wholesale, but Supply'd gave us the ability to bring all of those parts together in one system. The flexibility was a big factor. We could start with stock management, receiving and ordering, then expand into production, batch tracking and finished goods without having to bolt on another platform. The team behind it also made a difference. They understood the operational side of the business and were willing to work with us rather than just hand over software and leave us to figure it out. The batch tracking makes HACCP compliance so much easier, and we can track every production run down to the all raw materials and labour involved. Cons It's still a fairly new platform, so it doesn't yet integrate with all the apps we use elsewhere. A few of the functions are also quite rigid and could do with more flexibility. Supply'd have been wonderful to deal with and very accommodating with all of our needs. Cons Obviously changing systems is hard. We get set in our old ways. More reporting and analysis features were needed but this has been addressed as the team are committed to making this a successful system for all users. Pros The best feature of supply is that it works equally for both customer and supplier. The customer can order many brands off this platform, and the supplier can manage all orders, production, etc. on one complete platform. There is no data transfer or manual entry.
