ShareDocView is easy and intuitive plus they have a solid team behind them Pros ShareDocView is more than just a simple document-sharing platform. With powerful features like campaigns, analytics, and protections you can share content in a way that continually adds value to you. I was excited when I came across this app because it's been able to meet all my needs in one place. I was previously using Hubspot document sharing but this is wayyyyyyy better than that. From uploading documents quickly to seeing how many times each individual file has already been viewed online right there at leisure--it really does offer everything any business might want when securely publishing and sharing content. Cons after using happy using Hubspots document sharing for a long time, this was a pleasant surprise. Pros The ease of use and how quick it is to share a document is what I love about the product. When a file is accessed I like the alert I receive allowing me to know if a client read whatever file was shared and read. Cons Sharing pdf files is exellent but if you want to share other type of files, like powerpoints the layout is changed by ShareDocView. It's best to export a powerpoint to pdf before sharing. I would like to share video to show my client but it's not available. Sharing documents and marketing copies is now easier and we get on-point analytics on where we could further improve our materials. Pros I like exploring ShareDocView as it has great features even for our department The UX is very fluid and the access control options are commendable. The whole system looks very promising. Plus, it is way more affordable than Smartlook. Cons The analytics could be improved, especially when we are running events through a funnel. I also wish there is an option to build heatmaps out of historical data. Compared with Smartlook and Hotjar, the pricing plans of ShareDocView are better, but hopefully there are more features in the pipeline. If I really had to put cons on this product, it is the ability to share across a lot more different types of files (E.g. Videos, images, product template files or even links) - Currently I overcome them by putting the links of files into PDFs and upload the PDF instead. I will be great to be able to directly input the other file types.
