Sou absolutamente fã do Astrea, o produto é muito bom e sempre que preciso de auxílio ou percebo possíveis melhorias o pessoal da Aurum está sempre disponível a auxiliar!

Pros

O Astrea é um instrumento completo de auxílio ao advogado. Busca automaticamente processos, publicações, tem gestão financeira, timesheet, elabora relatórios, possui acesso a informações para clientes e possui IA no seu conteúdo. Sempre que temos sugestões de melhorias elas são ouvidas e buscam aplicá-las no software, como por exemplo, acabaram de incluir um sistema organizacional de gestão baseado no Kanban.

Cons

É complicado falar de algo que menos gostei no Astrea porque é bastante intuitivo e completo. No entanto, para que este tópico não fique sem resposta, poderia indicar que não são todas as funções que temos acesso no site que temos no app para celular.

De forma geral, é uma ferramenta prática e eficiente para escritórios que buscam organização, segurança das informações e simplicidade na gestão jurídica e administrativa, tendo excelente custo benefício.

Pros

Utilizamos o Astrea na gestão do escritório há 8 anos e nossa experiência tem sido bastante positiva. O sistema se destaca principalmente pela interface intuitiva e pela simplicidade de uso, o que facilita a adaptação da equipe e torna a rotina operacional mais ágil. Outro ponto relevante é a estabilidade da plataforma, que funciona de forma consistente no dia a dia. O Astrea também permite uma gestão integrada do escritório, reunindo em um único ambiente a gestão de processos, controle de prazos, acompanhamento de atividades, além da organização administrativa e financeira. Isso contribui para maior controle da operação e melhor organização interna. Estão sempre implementando melhorias.

Cons

O sistema é limitado na emissão de relatórios e de indicadores. Impossibilidade de exclusão de carteira e contatos em lote.

Sou dona de um escritório de pequeno porte e uso o Astrea desde 2019. O sistema me auxilia muito a manter uma gestão organizada, controlar as atividades da equipe, os prazos processuais e andamento das ações. O fato de não precisar de outros sistemas ou planilhas para acessar as informações do escritório facilita o dia a dia e somo a isso a possibilidade de acessar também pelo aplicativo. Pra mim, é realmente um sistema completo.

Pros

Interface simples, sistema bastante intuitivo, fácil de utilizar; acesso aos andamentos processuais (movimentações como juntada de petição, certidão, etc) e publicações com atualização diária; suporte rápido e objetivo (sempre que precisei fui atendida; todas as informações importantes do escritório em um só lugar (financeiro, gestão de processos, informações dos clientes, agenda, etc).

Cons

Nada específico, o sistema me atende bem e está em constante atualização, principalmente baseado nos feedbacks que enviamos.

Uso o Astrea no meu escritório há anos. O sistema é um verdadeiro aliado aos escritórios que buscam uma organização mais efetiva e prática da própria gestão de tarefas, financeiro e equipe. O suporte é rápido e claro. As funcionalidades são essenciais e é possível concentrar praticamente toda a gestão neste único sistema. Hoje é difícil até de pensar na minha rotina sem o software, pois é a primeira coisa que eu abro no meu computador no início do meu dia de trabalho e a última que eu fecho.

Pros

Interface prática, intuitiva e sem muitas enrolações. O atendimento e suporte do time que envolve o Astrea é ágil e eles sempre estão dispostos a ajudar. A agenda, o controle financeiro e o recebimento de alertas dos andamentos automáticos fazem toda a diferença na rotina do meu escritório de advocacia.

Cons

Até o momento não tive problemas ou insatisfações relevantes com o sistema ou com o pessoal do suporte. Acredito que algumas funcionalidades a mais na parte do controle financeiro poderiam aprimorar ainda mais o que já é disponível a nós clientes da plataforma. Porém, desde que contratei o sistema para o meu escritório, vejo que a empresa sempre está se atualizando e buscando otimizar cada dia mais o software.

O Astrea facilita muito o dia a dia do meu escritório. Cadastramos todos os nossos processos no sistema, e configuramos envio de mensagens automáticas por e-mail e acesso para os clientes. Com isso, não precisamos enviar relatórios frequentes, e mantemos os clientes atualizados no dia a dia sobre todos os andamentos, diminuindo nosso trabalho e aumentando a satisfação dos clientes. Além disso, com os andamentos recebidos, atribuímos as tarefas necessárias aos responsáveis, e podemos acompanhar seu cumprimento dentro dos prazos legais. Sou usuário há quase 10 anos e estou muito satisfeito.

Pros

Dois pontos positivos são essenciais para o nosso escritório: a atualização automática dos andamentos e o envio automático de comunicação para os clientes. Não conseguimos mais trabalhar sem.

Cons

O único ponto negativo que eu identifico é que o sistema não consegue enviar, automaticamente, os andamentos aos clientes por WhatsApp. Todavia, o envio por e-mail supre bem.

astrea has really made my day-to-day life easier, it is an easy system to use, it receives automated process subpoenas which saves time and organizes our routine as a lawyer in a practical way

Pros

Astrea boosts office growth, it means your office increases service capacity without losing quality. Astrea also ensures compliance with deadlines and there are software alerts for lawyers that notify whenever activities are planned, completed or delayed

Cons

the only downside is that this system needs internet to work like most other software

Fiquei bem decepcionada com a propaganda enganosa de 1 ano de teste grátis porque não é verdade.Qual a vantagem se usar um programa sem receber as notas de expedientes? Se tivesse um valor mais baixo eu possivelmente contrataria
