### "Easy to access in any Platform and Shows the Up to date Balance "

Pros

It is easy to access the HSA balance, accuracy of receipts, and status of submitted reimbursement in any platforms including the mobile app. The mobile app is clean and it shows the notification whenever my balance is reloaded. Requesting the reimbursement by creating the expense is clear and easy to navigate. Also the transaction history is clear and easy to look the status of paid outs

Cons

Frequent rejection of claims and also difficult to understand the reason behind it

### "Manage Your Benefits with Ease "

Overall I am extremely pleased with the benefits this application provides and it is so convenient and easy to use. No training is required at all. It is self sufficient and if you have any doubts an agent is available to help via phone or chat using the help center application.

Pros

Health Equity offers very good features where you can track all your expenses, check your monthly contributions, transaction history etc. I also love their customer service representatives who can clarify any doubts for you in terms of billing information, account usage etc. In addition they also have an app that be downloaded to a smart phone and You can visit HSA store directly from their App, check qualified medical expenses check on prescription discounts etc. If you have an HSA account you can also use the money in the account for future investment if you like. All of this with a click of a button.

Cons

I do not have anything that I do not like about the application so far. It is one of the best ways to track your benefits for the year and also how your available funds can grow using the investment option they provide.

### "Terrible Service"

Terrible. Literally no room for innocent mistakes made by their clients. If you are 1 (ONE) day late on a payment, not even 24 hours, the insurance is canceled and if you or a dependent needs health insurance then tough luck. Awful service. Would never recommend ever.

Pros

None the I can think of, they are very "reactive" and in most ways they are just inactive.

Cons

If you're one day late with COBRA insurance they will cancel your insurance and force you to go through a 30 day exchange before getting insurance again. Getting onto COBRA can take an extra 2-4 months before it's even active. Extremely late and the healthcare company even said that they haven't heard from them when waiting on it. The health insurance company itself was more helpful.

### "HealthEquity worked well as an HSA provider"

It was positive until I wanted to change providers, then it was very unprofessional.

Pros

I liked that HealthEquity was able to update my account even after switching jobs, keeping my HSA the same because both companies worked with HealthEquity

Cons

When my company changed from HealthEquity to another HSA provider, the rollover process was a complete disaster. My funds ended up being locked for 4 months in a limbo state between providers. I don't think that is typical but the company didn't print my rollover check, then it got lost in the mail, then they didn't print it again.

Quite content and satisfied with the tool and easy reimbursement software

Pros

1\. Easy submission of claims via mobile or desktop 2. Can submit claims by mail if needed 3. Swift processing of claims 4. Smooth reimbursement payment of claims 5. Good customer support 6. Can check status of claim

Cons

1\. Does not explicitly state exactly what is covered but overview of what is covered which is a little vague 2. Difficult to claim used item expenditures

### "WageWorks for Transit Management"

The software is easy to implement with Dayforce HRIS. Many reports are already present in the system which can be used to run and shared with WageWorks via an SFTP.

Pros

We use WageWorks to manage the distribution of train, bus and parking passes. We were managing this manually before and this tool has simplified our processes.

Cons

We have had some issues with customer service as there is a delay in responding to questions. Some of my friends in other companies have also given similar feedback.

### "Using WageWorks "

Pros

I love the WageWorks app! It is very user friendly and we can immediately load up our receipts up from all our health care services.

Cons

When you use the app to link to the WageWorks website it can sometimes be slow to load or not load at all.
