I have been very impressed with the support from the Meet Volley team. They deal with support requests quickly instead of letting it it sit in the inbox. I wish them success. Pros The beauty of MeetVolley is that it works, and it works really well. However, what sets it apart is the simple UI, clean design and most importantly \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the team are very fast on support and try and accommodate you where possible. Cons I genuinely don't have any negative thing to say about this product. I hope they add more integrations in the future, but that's not really a con. The support on MeetVolley is excellent and the flexibility in terms of allowing customers to white-label etc is what I needed. Cons Moderators can delete users or admins comments. Which is not a good option. We I'll miss the transparency. Suggestions: Adding a Rating and Voting option is good to analyse the feedback. Adding the analytics option can help to show the feedback reports to clients. Recommending white label PDF reports. Now other feedback tools are adding these options. So, you guys please consider these things I mentioned. I'm happy with Volley as is, and with forthcoming developments I expect it to become an ever more capable tool. Pros Simple solution to getting in browser feedback from clients on webdesign, UX and UI Cons Currently, the app uses a chrome extension, this creates a point of friction/resistance for users. Volley are working on a completely browser-based "widget" to solve this issue. At which stage Volley will be even more awesome. The attention to detail is outstanding and you can tell they take themselves and their product very seriously. That pours into the product itself. It's extremely easy to use, very intuitive, and a massive time saver. The ability to allow clients and team members to quickly mark up a project and provide feedback as seamlessly as Volley has only increased my authority in the space. Cons This is a bit cliche, but not many really. I wish there were a few more options regarding the tools available to provide feedback and annotation, but that's really it, the actual platform is amazing.
