They've ensured we know how to leverage the technology at every step and it provides an intuitive way for employees to give back in whatever way they prefer. Pros I love having a platform that helps us manage employee engagement and donations, especially across a remote team who needs volunteer opportunities across the country. Getting our account up and running and introducing it to our team was a simple process, and now they're self-sufficient in tracking their own give-back initiatives. Cons An integration to Google Workspace's user directory would help manage user accounts without the need for a CSV, but this isn't really a problem for a smaller organization like us.
