Can either send publicly or privately with the system. Cons Missing some key holidays in the eCards section. Winter does not include Christmas, Summer does not include July 4th (in fact the only summer holiday listed is Pride Month) and no Father's day. No response back from customer service when I emailed about possibility of adding additional holidays. Pros The automation is very nice. We like knowing that the employee is recognized and that their leader is reminded well ahead of time for key upcoming milestones. Cons It would ne nice to have more functionality on the posting capabilities. Being able to paste in images and have more content editing would be nice to have.
