Pros

Great way to recognize individual or group contributions to the company. Can either send publicly or privately with the system.

Cons

Missing some key holidays in the eCards section. Winter does not include Christmas, Summer does not include July 4th (in fact the only summer holiday listed is Pride Month) and no Father's day. No response back from customer service when I emailed about possibility of adding additional holidays.

Was easy to implement and use.

Pros

The automation is very nice. We like knowing that the employee is recognized and that their leader is reminded well ahead of time for key upcoming milestones.

Cons

It would ne nice to have more functionality on the posting capabilities. Being able to paste in images and have more content editing would be nice to have.

The customer service was exceptional. From my first email asking for information to receiving our service awards, top notch!
