A equipe é incrível, todos sempre dispostos a oferecer o seu melhor atendimento ao cliente. Super recomendo o SV. Pros Controle financeiro -> emissão de NF dentro do sistema nos permite monitorar de forma efetiva o faturamento. Reunião semanal oferecido como um beneficio para aprimorar utilização dos recursos do sistema. Cons Eventual duplicidade de pacientes em determinados relatórios. Comunicação com o suporte nem sempre é resolvida, por muitas vezes, sinto que o suporte recebe o problema como uma " batata quente" e tem pressa para devolver o problema ao cliente ao invés de propor solução. Atendimento limitado a escrita!!! Na minha opinião, deveria ter um telefone voltado para sanar duvidas diretamente com o atendente, pois nem sempre o que se escreva é interpretado da maneira correra, além da demora em escrever, esperar a resposta e escrever novamente... as vezes uma duvida simples, por telefone resolveria em 5 minutos, no entanto, pelo chat demora em média 15 min.
