### "Time Saver!"

We implemented TimeZest to help with our customer onboarding and scoping processing and it has cut down on frustration from our partners and employees all while increasing efficiencies.

Pros

Easy to use, customize and very intuitive. It works for our customers all across the world and their customer support is top notch.

Cons

That is doesn't have the option to work directly with your Outlook calendar but I believe it is on their roadmap which is great to hear.

Pros

TimeZest makes coordinating and schedule meetings with clients so easy. There is zero back and forth on trying to find a time that works. I leave it up to the client to find a time based on my availability. The integration into our ConnectWise PSA is a huge value add over traditional scheduling tools like Calendly.

Cons

I really dont have any complaints about TimeZest. The only feature I wish it had was recurring meetings capability.

### "TimeZest Simplifies Scheduling!"

Pros

I appreciate being able to send an appointment time/length and let users select a time. This eliminates a lot of back and forth of finding a mutually agreeable time. It's integrated with Outlook, which is great in terms of availability and visual/auditory appointment reminders. We're using it as part of Connectwise Manage and when users schedule, the ticket status updates to "Scheduled" which I love.

Cons

I haven't figured out how to block out the first 30-60 minutes of my day for administrative tasks. I made appointments for lunch each day to prevent being scheduled during break times which seems like an OK workaround for times when you don't want to hold appointments but are subject to company-wide working hours. I usually warn people to expect a separate email to schedule so they don't miss it or ignore it. It would be nice if I could draft a reply to someone with the scheduling link/functionality built-in.

### "TimeZest got us through the Pandemic "

delightful

Pros

I love that I am able to customize appointments and set very specific conditions depending on the type. We are also able to require and automatically update our clients contact information through this application. It was a huge struggle getting in touch with people when the first wave of COVID-19 had the majority of our clients working from home or switching offices and changing phone extensions. Customer support continues to innovate and are very attentive.

Cons

Getting started is a bit cumbersome to configure, but the customizability is what sold me on the product so I can't complain too hard!

Great sales team, great customer support. Easy to install and easy to operate!

Pros

This product is so easy to use and setup. Lots of areas to customize to better fit your situation. This solution saves our business time and money while making it easy for our customers to schedule time with our Engineers.

Cons

As easy it is to setup and customize this software, I wish there was some additional pre-setup settings/options.

### "Huge time saver for scheduling!"

They have made a ton of changes in the last year to make things easier for our team to use TimeZest.

Pros

Fast integration with CW-Manage and super easy for sending out an Invite, letting the client choose a time slot on your calendar. Stops the "back and forth" missing each other and sending available time slots only for them to ignore your email for a day and those slots got filled with other clients.

Cons

Could be more flexible with time buffers between meetings and the SendFrom address / email it comes from often goes to spam folders.

### "The easiest integration of a software I've ever done"

TimeZest has QUICKLY paid for itself and has made our techs lives much easier. The ease of use for us as well as our clients has helped us schedule more tickets, and has improved our resolution times. It is worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and get this sooner rather than later. Setup is a breeze and it will work for you rather than against you.

Pros

Easy setup Easy to train our techs to use EXTREMELY end user friendly Allows for all of the customization we need, and there is a good community of people constantly trying to make the product better.

Cons

Features locked between each tier aren't really listed when looking to unlock a new feature.

There IS no other product that integrates with ConnectWise Manage like this.

### "Does what it needs to do well"

Fantastic. Took less than a day to implement, its so easy to use I didnt have to do any real specific training with my technicians - just turned it on and let them run with it.

Pros

TimeZest integrates easily and simply with Connectwise Manage to make schedulding appointments with our clients incredibly simple. My technicians dont need to leave the main PSA ticketing screen but can utilize TImeZest right within CW MAnage.

Cons

Only complaint would be I wish you could more easily block off certains times, for example if a tech always has a lunch around the same time of day it would be nice if I could adjust a schedule to simply block out that hour. From what I can tell with TimeZest you are only able to set daily schedule but not block out times.

I set it up and don't really need to think about it to use it.

I wish it would allow me to use more than one notification on my calendar for a scheduled item.

### "Great scheduling tool for techs"

This definitely cuts down on the back and forth when scheduling with customers.

Pros

The integration into Autotask makes it easy for techs to schedule service calls with a link rather than emailing back and forth with customers.

Cons

It is difficult to schedule group meetings with more than a few people. The pages start to load very slowly.

We are overall very happy with our experience with TimeZest and their customer service is exceptional. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to improve/automate their scheduling process.

Pros

We love the ease of use of this product. It integrates right into our PSA, which makes it very easy to schedule directly from tickets. We also love how much customization is available to tailor emails and etc. to our needs.

Cons

We love everything so far. The only thing that would be a plus is if you were able to send the same invite to multiple recipients, but we understand that this is something that is difficult to script, and doesn't hinder our use of the product in any way.

Pros

Scheduling meetings with a client is easy when they can pick available times when you are also available. It also integrates with our ticketing system so it’s one less window to mess with.

Cons

I don’t think there is anything I dislike at this time.

I have had a great experience so far. It was very easy to setup and use. Support has been great and they really listen to the feature requests and come out with new features often.

Pros

It saves us all so much time because we are not playing phone tag with users.

Cons

There is a feature I requested a while back that is causing issues with being able to schedule some tickets. I did hear back from their team that they are working on that feature soon, so hopefully will not be a con later on.

Easy to setup and effective for scheduling resources on a ticket if only ticket contact needs to be included.

Cons

Inability to schedule multiple contacts that are not ticket resources. Good example would be multiple ticket contacts or necessary third parties.
