Pros

1\. 100% control over my data 2. Pay only for your usage in the cloud. You have full control to switch AWS off when your team is not using 3. Integrated to search resumes from popular job sites like resume-library, Dice etc... 4. Automatch feature 5. Chrome ext to add from LinkedIn, Naukri and Monster 6. Pricing based on usage not based on users 7. Basic Email, WhatsApp, SMS and Skype functionality 8. Has dark theme option

1\. No option for inbuilt ATS Career Page. Although you can link your website career page 2. No automation in the pipeline

Overall Experience: We've had a great ROI as a result of smart ATS implementation.The best part in this product is bulk emails and building the data base. This tool made recruiters and managers life very easy by having: 1) resume submission to on boarding, and 2) finding suitable candidate to placement.

Pros

It is very flexible to our needs, and the support team is very responsive.There is filter option for almost every feature. It's ability to integrate resume databases is very useful to hire right candidates in no time. The best of all is its FREE.

Cons

Most of the features are available for current market and they may need to add new features as the market demands.

Reasons for choosing SmartATS

Better UI, lightning resume access and user friendly for recruiters and managers as well.
